Service Legends

I am not sure what Steve did specifically except I saw him change my filter; I was having trouble replacing the cover back on...he explained what to look for. He was very respectful and and I was having vibration problem; not sure what he touched but the vibration is gone for now. I am very happy with his service.

I needed my outside vents cleaned I had seen a bird lift up the lovers on the vent and go in. I have 4 vents on my house and birds nests in 3 of the four and 1 dead bird. A week ago I tried to fix this myself by buying screens to put on the inside if the vent to keep the birds out. But we only saw 1 nest and cleaned out as best we could with a shop vac. Well that one was almost clogged the shop vac sucked it to a bend and clogged it. So glad they got that out. We had also had trouble with the airflow in the grandkids bedroom. There was a ball in that duct run. No wonder why the room was hard to heat and cool. We have finished our unfinished basement. Our furnace fan and lines were full of sheet rock dust. Our house is only 4 years old so I wasn't sure this expense was justified. Well as you can see this was overdue. The staff were very professional and showed me before and after photos. Kind of a eye opening experience. So glad we had this done.

Nick was amazing at getting our system up and running again. Just in time for the hot weather predicted for next week. Informative, showed me every step of the process and was friendly and helpful. 100000 percent recommend!

I called during non-business hours on a Saturday and they were able to get me in on that upcoming Monday; so fast!!! It took the tech 30 minutes to get my 27 year old water heater working again and he was awesome. I am definitely going to start using them for all of my future HVAC and plumbing!!!

Nick came to our home to give me an estimate on replacing a water heater. After checking our current system he thoroughly went through the issues and discussed all options. He was very courteous and professional.

Our furnace went out on a very cold day and Devin made sure to fit us in the schedule the next day to have a new furnace installed. Devin was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process! He explained all our options and made sure all our questions were answered.

Staaci was very efficient and knowledgeable! He explained everything throughly and in a way that we could understand. I appreciated his expertise and willingness to help.

Prices are what they are, and are really my only gripe with the company. The service member I had (Nick S.) was awesome, quite knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, the highlight of working with this company. If you're going to be in the area for awhile and would benefit from their membership in the long term, it seems like an okay deal.

They were able to come out same day as the ac broke, which was amazing considering other companies couldn't fit me in that week. Overall, a good process.

Service Legends from beginning to end has been amazing to work with! The communication was quick, thorough, and kind. Every tech that has come to the house has been on time, knowledgable, friendly, informative, and seems to really love their job! We respect their services so much that we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan, too, which comes with lots of perks! Highly recommend Service Legends to anyone!

Alec was very thorough, professional, and was here until almost 8pm getting our AC in running condition. He kept a smile until the end and took his long day in stride. A1 representative of the company!

Jason came out today to give us an estimate on a lot of work we need done. After the inspection was over he quoted a very fair price we are getting the work done 4-28-23. He was very professional..kind and courteous and it was a pleasure to have him in our home Thank you for having such a stellar employee!!,
