Service Legends

Matt was very knowledgeable and gave me some suggestions on how my heating and cooling systems. He was able to answer my questions. Service Legends get a thumbs up! I will probably use them for my heating and cooling needs in the future.

Booked online, received email confirmation, waited around and no one showed up. Called and was told tech showed up and called but no one answered, responded that I had my phone in hand entire service window time. Then was told that online booking doesn’t actually work and if you don’t receive a phone call after booking, the appt “isn’t in the system.” There is nothing in online booking process that says whatsoever.

DO NOT sign up for any of their "membership clubs" We signed up for the legendary club and it says same day emergency service. I called and it was confirmed I was a legendary member, only to be told its 24hour service from when the call was made and they wouldn't make it until the following day. Dont promise services you can't keep.

Adam Hudak came over (exactly on time) to give us a quote for a heat pump/furnace and did an excellent job explaining all the details and identifying several issues with our existing system. Irrespective of our final decision, we are definitely happy with his analysis of our HVAC needs.

If ever a girl felt blessed it was today. Jason and Iyhab were here for my membership AC maintenance. Thorough, thoughtful, courteous, polite, helpful, beyond the "job", patient, knowledgable, informative, comedic, I am a loyal Service Legends member for life...and you could/should be too!

I had 4 service legend men here to do inspections on my home. They were all terrific guys. Nick especially was so kind and caring. You should be proud of these guys. They were so nice to me. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Jordan F. came out and did an exceptional job with our water heater installation. He was incredibly respectful of our house and our time. He completed a difficult installation quickly and flawlessly. I have some experience with construction, so I know what to look for with plumbing, soldering, and wiring work. I was impressed with what I saw. Jordan was thorough in his description of how the water heater operates. He talked to us and treated us like a neighbor. If you need service, ask for Jordan!

Michael is a top notch technician and very knowledgeable at what he does. I’ve had numerous techs at my house and no one has rewired my ac blower motor until Michael came today.

Very polite. Introduced himself right away. Put on boot covers to protect my flooring. Did his job and explained, without a hint of judgement when he explained the damage of not changing filters on a routine basis. He is knowledgeable and readily answered questions. Example, I ask about air duct cleaning. He explained the value and while at my home was able to get me scheduled for that service. Processed the payment so I can just let the crew come in and do their thing. Incredibly helpful. Will request him for any future needs .
