Jason from Service Legends did an excellent job, he identified the problem with our furnace, explained what caused the issue and had it back up and running within minutes. Husband placed call and Jason arrived at our house within 20 minutes, which was amazing as we live in Osceola, and he was already in town. Jason is a true professional, with great technical knowledge, and provided great customer service.

Nick was right on time and did an excellent job of explaining everything about the furnace and air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with helpful information. He is a very respectful, professional young man and I would recommend your company because of his ability and personality.

Lonnie was very professional as he greeted me as he came in. He was very knowledgeable! I have a daycare so he was friendly interacting w the kids! He gave me some options on how to deal w my issues! They did their work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves!!

Steven was able to arrive earlier than originally expected. Then, he shoveled the steps before he came inside. Steven listened well to what we thought the issue was and provided some insight of his own. He assessed the issue and then gave us a reasonable estimate. Steven was able to have the issue repaired in the same afternoon after a quick trip to a shop. I had to run an errand while he was working. He finished before I got back and then shoveled my driveway until I got back! Talk about stellar service and above and beyond expectations!
