Service Legends

Our air conditioner broke over the weekend. Michael from Service Legends was out to our house early Monday morning and had it fixed by noon. He was professional and gave us plenty of options that fit our budget. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate him and Service Legends !

Cole did an awesome job! He was respectful and personable. He explained how things were working and provided recommendations on how things could be maintained to last. Great job! Routine maintenance makes a difference and Cole made sure the work was done thoroughly! Highly recommend this young man and Service Legends.

Jacob was here today 6/23/23 to do my electrical safety inspection - he was very polite & professional. He let me know what my electrical panel needed, the age of it, & what I could and could not do with it :) Again ZERO pressure sale! I'm so happy with this team so far! Another great experience with Service Legends! Nick was professional and did a great job. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as the state of my furnace. He provided suggestions but didn't pressure me to buy anything. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We had a technician come out to our home to diagnose why our A/C unit wasn't working or powering on. The technician's diagnosis was an issue with power outside, no refrigerant, and there was apparently a leak. They wanted to charge me ~$3700 for these services.

There was no power outside at the box because the line was disconnected to the breaker, somehow the technician missed it even though it was hanging directly next to the unit inside.

I had another company come out who did great work. Diagnosis: needed to clean the condenser. And that fixed it. They didn't try to charge me for 5 lbs of R-22 at about ~$1500 that I did NOT need as Service Legends did.

Service Legends wanted to push to replace my system, but they couldn't be bothered to show up for the first appointment THEIR tech made on our behalf. Abysmal service, trying to rip off their customers.

They are fantastic! Within an hour of me calling at 8:30 this Friday morning, they were able to send an estimator out w/i the next hour. He came and looked the house over thoroughly, even the grubby attic by climbing up a tall ladder. He inspected our (crawl space only) for specs and listened to what we wanted and demonstrated what the entire process would be. He was able to keep it under our spending allowance and they are scheduled to do the work on our 105 yr old house, as soon as next Tuesday morning.,, just in time for the air!!😁

Service Legends is one of the best companies around when it comes to customer service. I have used them for over 10 years, and they do a service check on both our furnace and air conditioner annually. Drew was excellent as the technician and was very thorough.
