Not only did Danny take time to explain the heating/cooling side of his visit, but he also shared personal stories and listen to our stories. He made a real connection with us. Nick did an awesome job! A lot of work needed to be done. had a 30 gal hot water tank replaced it with a 40 gal. built a platform. very narrow area. he did it flawlessly. Bravo to Nick!
