Rory from Des Moines Comfort provided excellent service. My furnace was not giving out heat. He determined the faulty part and replaced it. Then on my request he completed a maintenance update and unclogged the condensation part. I have heat again and the bill was reasonable. Thank you!

My appointment was from 2 to 4 but, Rory was here 2 hours early and that was very appreciated considering it was 83 degrees in my house! Rory explained the situation and what was needed for a fix!
