Logan was on time, friendly and did a good job with servicing our furnace. We have always a good experience with Des Moines Comfort!

I use Des Moines Comfort for my annual maintenance and they’ve been great so far. They’ve been super responsive, so friendly, and thorough. They were very helpful when I ran into a problem that turned out to be my thermostat and came out right away with several options to get me taken care of. No pressure to upsell or add on charges. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends.

Dsm Comfort was great to work with. We needed a system check/maintenance for our furnace and they were prompt and even able to bump our appt up. Rory the technician was professional and walked me through the things he was checking. Will use again in the future for sure and recommend.

Des Moines Comfort was the first company that was able to come the day I called. It was Friday December 23rd. The temperature was -5 out and every other company was telling me I could go on their standby list or they could schedule me for Tuesday the 27th. They came when they said they would and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. They are my new 1st choice for hvac. Highly recommend!

The entire organization was wonderful to deal with, from original estimate to installation, everyone was very professional. I can't say enough about how happy I am with our new Geothermal unit. Adrian and Austin went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and installed properly. I feel like and it looks like everything was installed very professionally. Also, cost was much better than the 2 other bids I received. DM Comfort will be my service provider for life.
