Rory is the best! He let me know that my thermostat was faulty and gave me options on what to do. I requested he replace it, he did. I have a handicap sister that likes to push buttons, he got me a thermostat that my sister could use easily. He listens and gives great advice. Jeff and his brother did a great job replacing the system the previous company had failed to install correctly. They put in a very long day and didn't leave until it was all working as it should. Will definitely use them again for any HVAC work.
