This is our second outstanding experience with Des Moines Comfort!
In short: they’re reliable, on-time & provide quality services for at an affordable price!

Our first experience was during the dead of winter, we had an issue with our furnace. We called & Rory was able to make it to our house quickly. It literally took him 20 minutes to identify & fix the problem! I braced myself for a hefty bill because it was late in the evening (6:00ish) however, I was exceptionally surprised how affordable the repair was!

We used them again today to have our air ducts cleaned. They arrived a little before schedule (way awesome!) & did a very thorough job. They were very careful around our home (they used drop cloths to protect our floors & booties to not track in any dirt) & didn’t leave any messes behind. They showed us before & after pictures of our air ducts & gave us a few tips on how to keep them clean. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

We have used DesMoines Comfort service plan with a check up in the spring and in the fall. He service techs especially Rory are very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. With this service plan we are comfortable knowing our heating and cooling system is ready for the coming season. Also, we are assured if a service need would come up that Des Moines Comfort we be able to meet any needs promptly with expert technicians. Thanks for you great service.

I would highly recommend Des Moines Comfort. Lee and George were very patient and went to great lengths to answer all of our questions. They were always prompt and accessible. Austin and Chris were very professional and respectful installers. Austin took the time to answer all of our questions and explained all of the new items thoroughly. We received proposals from multiple companies for our new install and couldn’t be happier that we chose Des Moines Comfort.

Great service, friendly and easy to work with. They found some things going on with my furnace that the other "big company" missed. Des Moines Comfort is my go-to for all things HVAC on my personal house and for my clients. Today, yet again, they proved why. With the temps dropping, we noticed our furnace wasn't turning on. Called them on Tuesday late afternoon and immediately got Jackie on the phone.

She got us in for a quick appt on Thursday afternoon (because we were booked Weds). Then we got moved up to Thursday morning.

Rory texted to let me know exactly what time he was coming. He showed up, found the circuit board to be replaced, and took care of it in under an hour.
