When I called, I spoke with Lee he was very helpful and courteous.
They came out within 2 days and the gentleman that came to the house was Jeff, such a nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service tech.
We are thrilled with the service and how quickly our unit was fixed.

From the top down they came to our rescue. We were stuck in CO in a blizzard when our heating went out. They were able to work remotely with us and find a solution until we were able to return home and install our new units. Recommended improvements for our personal situation. Needed to get a new geothermal unit installed this winter, there was no other company I was going to trust with the job, and they did not disappoint. I have used Des Moines Comfort multiple times. They've worked on rebuilding, and replacing major components of my heating and air conditioning system at a rental property I own. Most recently they installed supply vents, return vents, and a bathroom exhaust vent for a basement finish at my home. Can't say enough about all the employees I have interacted with. Jackie in the office, George the service advisor, and technicians Austin, and Rory. They are all extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They will continue to get all of my business. Incredible service. Highly recommend Des Moines Comfort. I had an estimate from another company that told me my manufacturer’s warranty would not cover the cost of the repair to our Geothermal unit. I called DSM Comfort for a second estimate. They spoke with the manufacturer and did, in fact get me coverage. Saved me $3k+. Jeff Carter installed and was professional, knowledgeable and on time. Great company!
