The owner called, came himself, stated what was going on , Blaise came fixed, filters were over filled, cleaned, patched, checked ductwork, came 2x, went out of his way to fix, had to go to office for filters, replaced, integrity, honest, hardworking, and stood behind a handshake. Highly recommend!!!!!

I can't say enough good about this company. I had an unfortunate series of events over the weekend with my furnace. Of course it was neg deg temps,
Super Bowl Sunday nonetheless. I called Morris Heating and Cooling early on Sunday at 7a. Kelly called me back right away and got me on the list for a service call. I met Dan, the operations manager, and he got right to it, explaining to me what was going on, he talked me through options and we discussed a new install. He got me right in the next day on Monday and I got a beautiful new furnace, a new thermostat and a return for 2nd bedroom. Barry and his co partner were very thoughtful, very cool, very clean, and were very professional. Very down to earth. From Kelly to Dan to Barry and his team we are set for years to come. Thank you all. I recommend these guys hands down.

Excellent, prompt service and installation of a new HVAC unit! The technicians that came to install our new unit were friendly and professional, willing to answer any and all questions I had! They made sure to clean up any garbage from the installation as well! I strongly recommend this company!

My heat went on during the night, when I woke up the house was cold. I called them and they came almost immediately. They were very courteous and professional. I had several problems with my furnace and the fixed all of them at a very reasonable cost. If I need any furnace or air-conditioning work in the future they will be the first ones I will call. Highly recommended.

We're a spoiled bunch, aren't we? We take our climate controlled homes for granted. Steamy Iowa summers just aren't a problem when you are blessed to have a functioning air conditioner. Well, until that air conditioner starts to struggle to make it to 76F and then gives up all together. I called several other companies but they were all booked out for the week already. To add to it all, the next day promised to be even hotter! A1 Morris said they'd try their best but couldn't promise. Still, at 4 PM on that same sweltering day, the technician showed up and got to work. And then a manager showed up to offer some ideas and help, and it wasn't much later when that delicious cool air began to come through the vents again. What was also very nice was that the technician was very diligent about closing the garden gate every single time he went in and out to check on the unit which was outside the gate on the other side of the house. That was courteous because we have a young dog who would love nothing more than to escape and explore.

Morris always gets me running. They are fair and knowledgeable. Been doing business a number of years and i always feel like my issues are as important to them as they are to me. LOVE them!!!

I am part of their member program which gives me 10% off service and parts. He was very informative, giving me instructions on cleaning the electronic filter system and letting me know how that system( which they did not install) saves wear and tear on the furnace motor and enables the furnace to use less energy.

A well earned 5 star rating in every category. I am not easy to impress and have never written a Google review. I found this company through Google so I felt I needed to write a review about my experience so others can hopefully take advantage of such a great company. First off, I am very picky with work that is done at my residence. Often times I have to go back over contractors work and run a line in a better location, square or level something up or just make it look "better" to the eye. Not with this company! I did nothing when they left after they installed a new AC unit at my residence. They moved the location of my previous AC unit which required running new lines and a new A coil. All work was done very clean and professionally. From their office personnel, to their install crew, everyone was extremely professional, informative and responsive. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It is rare that I cannot find something to critique with a contractor but this is the case with the entire A1 Morris team. All of this and they were 27.4% lower in cost than a competitor using the same exact equipment. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
