Great service! I needed my A/C replaced after my old one was broken beyond repair. They were very fast with scheduling and getting me a bid. The best part was that they were able to install the next day. Installers were very polite and kept a clean work space. They showed and explained what they were doing throughout the process in case I had any questions. I would highly recommend them for any heating or cooling work!

This struck me as a really first rate operation. They offered some really good Trane heat pumps and furnaces, were exceptionally open and communicative, worked with us on both system and price, and then did a first-rate job of installing it all. Literally, I can't imagine anything that I think could have been improved in the interaction.

A1 Morris did an excellent job of installing our new furnace, ducting and air conditioning. The crew was respectful, helpful and took time to answer our questions. We've had other places come and repair our old furnace, but none of them had the type of work integrity as A1 Morris. We are really thankful for the work they did. Great people and a great company!

A-1 Morris heating and cooling did a professional job! We did have some issues but they were will to make it right, and i meant they went above and beyond to make things right with me. I spoke with the owner Berry, business manager Jamie, and technician Eric, all very helpful and understanding. i would and will recommend them to anyone needing their service. Last week our AC decided to go out on the hottest day and I had surgery the day prior. We couldn’t wait until this week to get it repaired/replaced and we started calling around. A1 Morris, even though more expensive, came out on a Saturday to completely replace our unit. I couldn’t be more impressed at the professionalism and attentiveness provide by ALL the staff we spoke with from beginning to end. Dan responded to my after hours call within minutes Thursday evening letting me know that I will be contacted by Kelly to get on the schedule. Friday afternoon Kelly had us on Saturdays schedule! The young men that came on Saturday, were by far the most professional and inclusive HVAC Technicians. Thank you for providing the best services in the Quad Cities.

All the guys working on my furnace and ac were very nice and respectful. They were polite, answered all my questions and got things fixed up nicely. The deals were great and they even gave me a scratch and dent option which was helpful!!! Would definitely recommend them.

Great company. Our furnace went out on a cold Fri. evening and couldn't be replaced until following Mon. One of the guys went from our house in west Rock Island to the shop in Bettendorf and brought us back 3 space heaters to use in the meantime. The 2 installers were courteous and professional. Someone came back next day to check that everything was correct, Every person we talked with or spoke to was helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service, Highly recommend.

Hands down the best! I called them at 5pm and they had a service tech out by 6pm and he had the A/C back up and running in 20 minutes. Fantastic customer service!

Barry and Dan did a great job! They showed up at the time they scheduled, didn't make a mess in my house or yard, and my new Trane AC works great! House feels fantastic and its a humid 85 degree day today. I've used several other companies over the recent years and I would use these folks again for certain. I called them when my old AC started leaking in to the basement and they were quick to come inspect and provide a replacement estimate as my current unit was 20 years old and the coil was at least 40 and corroded beyond a patch repair I thought I could do myself from watching youtube videos. I have lots of experience working on motorcross bikes so I figured I could do it myself. I know several minutes in that I was in way at all qualified to repair it. And let me tell you flex seal doesn't always work. These guys do a great job and I highly recommend them.
