A1 Morris Heating & Cooling

Eric and Quinn (I hope I remembered it right, if not sorry dudes) let me know when they were on their way, showed up and got right to work. Both were very nice and even gave some tips. A friend recommended me the A1 Morris, and now I can happily do the same for others.

This is a 2 year update. They came on January 2020 and replaced my furnace and a/c coil. They came out 4 months later and installed my ac condenser. They worked with me on the price and even though it wasn't a high efficiency furnace, it has saved us roughly $100-150 a month so far. The monthly savings has paid for over half the total cost, and it has only been 2 years. I am very pleased with the unit they installed and their technicians were all friendly and helpful. They came out to check my ac. Found a relay bad. It was the cause of the excessive noise the ac unit was making. My wife really liked that they provided a pic of the tech before he arrived. I thought they did a good job and I would recommend them

We decided to replace our 24 year old Furnace & AC. Barry came out to walk through our system and discuss what kind of system we wanted. They provided a very reasonable quote within a couple of days. Our old outside condenser unit sat on top of a thousand pound concrete slab. When the scheduled replacement day came - They sent a crew of 4 - one guy with a huge jackhammer for the concrete slab - they even hauled the old concrete away. All 4 of the HVAC Techs were very nice and professional - they completed the install in one day. The installation is very professionally done. We live about 45 miles from their office - very pleased with everything they did!

With sub-zero temps the week before Christmas, our furnace was working overtime until it clocked out on Christmas Eve. Fortunately, A1 Morris was just a call away. They showed up about an hour after we called and were able to get the furnace running within 30 mins. I highly recommend A1 Morris! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Brennon walked us through the issue in plain speak, making sure we understood the problem and how we could fix it if it happened again.
