My mom had A1 install a new Mitsubishi unit in her sun room. A1 offered the best price and warranty. Communication before and during installation was outstanding. The crew was polite, careful, and thorough. They completed the job in a day and a half. When they had problems getting the system started the second day they came back the next morning and fixed the unit. Any questions were answered thoroughly. System has worked perfectly and if any problems arise A1 said they would fix it quickly and resolve any issues to my mom’s satisfaction. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our AC stopped working after hours and Kelly was great at getting someone to our house right away! He was kind and got everything working right away. We were very pleased and will definitely be using them again.

As always best service ever for house calls. The employees all have great customer service skills and their product knowledge is awesome. Thanks for keeping us cool when needed and warm when needed would highly recommend them to everyone. Come out 2 times a year just to check on things I love that it’s called being proactive.

Brennon was friendly, efficient and informative. He was able to complete the work quickly and provided information about how their maintenance program works. Brennon also explained what the problem with our air conditioner was and what needed to be done to fix the problem, which I appreciate. A1 Morris Heating & Cooling is the best of the best in Iowa and probably Illinois too. From top down owner Barry Morris office/field, Jaime and Kelly in the office and the entire team in the field. Having replaced numerous HVAC systems of my 50+ years owning homes and being a landlord, my reach looking for quality systems, price and professionalism expanded ever wider from Cedar Rapids until I finally hit the bullseye in the Quad Cities with Barry and A1 Morris! They are the best. My install took place in 2020 and I haven’t looked back since - these guys are so easy to work with.
The process is as smooth as silk for warranty and annual cleanings… I was alerted by text and email to remind me of maintenance needed. Then when appointment day comes they alert you they’re on the way and estimated arrival time. When Eric & Quin from A1 Morris (true professionals in their field) arrived they told me what the plan was and followed through 100% and answered any questions in a very understandable way. Outstanding and professional through out the entire process from quote to installation. Price was very competitive, the removal and installation was done quickly and on time. The new Trane thermostat works with Alexa and that was very important. Where they worked was cleaner when they left than before they started. Highly recommend.

About a year ago they were able to get our furnace up and running within hours of us calling when it stopped running during a cold snap. We decided to call them again when it was better timing for us to fully replace our furnace & A/C and add a minisplit. Was able to get an estimate & on their schedule quickly. They communicated when they'd be arriving and were courteous and quick to answer any questions we had during and after install. Did a great job keeping the areas work was being done in clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services.
