A1 Morris Heating & Cooling

We lost AC on a Friday evening in the middle of July. When I called on Saturday morning the lady who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. The owner of the company was out within a couple of hours with a quote and fit us in for a new install 2 days later. Everyone who came to work was very knowledgeable, professional, and took care to keep my home clean while they worked. I highly recommend A1 Morris and will use them again to maintain the system they installed.

A1 Morris was able to send a tech the same day I called! Eric was great to work with. We just moved into our home and he talked with me about our system to acquaint me with its function, especially the humidifier I’d never experienced.

Our 30+ year old AC went out during 95 degree heat. We called A1 Morris at 8am the next day and Barry was at our house within a couple of hours to access the situation. We decided to replace both the AC and furnace with new, much more efficient systems. The A1 Morris crew was there the next morning and by the afternoon everything was up and running. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist to the installation crew. I especially appreciated the sense of urgency they had in getting the system replaced quickly to ensure we didn’t go without AC for long. I can’t recommend A1 Morris enough.

Called initially late Friday evening because I came home to a 96° house. Very fast dispatch and professional service. Now normally when you have to spend a few thousand dollars you cringe but they got an entire hvac system replaced the next day. I'm so grateful for A1 and all the guys that made this happen. Definitely recommend!

Professional service start to finish for a fair price. We've had both maintenance/inspection of our system and installation of a new A/C unit. I've been so impressed with the customer service and responsiveness! This is an established company with an owner that cares.

Had them come check out my AC due to it not cooling below 75 degrees on an average day and the unit running non stop, tech said everything was fine and no issues. Had another service come check it out and they found a missing wire which was reconnected, unit now runs normally and cools below 70 degrees.

I was contacted by the company post review and they did everything possible to correct this situation. Very thankful they took the opportunity to correct the situation and learn so they can improve future service. Would definitely recommend a1 morris!
