A1 Morris Heating & Cooling

Two years ago Barry and team replaced my old Lennox pulse furnace with AMANA AC and installed new Trane HVAC and a Mitsubishi mini split. System cut my cooling costs by 50% and heating costs by 40%. Love the new system. Surprisingly two years the AC slowly couldn’t keep up with heat and humidity. I called Kelly (super pleasant) and we set a time that worked for A1Morris within my time constraints. Eric arrived discussed the issue, set out to solve what was going on and discovered a manufacturing flaw in the A coil that caused refrigerant to slowly dissipate. He was great and generous with showing and explaining what he was doing (I probably slowed him down with question but he was a joy to learn from). Eric explained the next step with a new A coil, charged the system and my wife and daughter are pleased as punch… me on the other hand am back to wearing sweaters but happy with my Trane. I have had the opportunity to interface with Barry, Dave, Kelly, Jamie and Eric. If all the staff at A1Morris is as courteous, helpful, professional and fun as they are I’d love to meet them all! II was given a good price on a high-quality train furnace and air conditioner high-efficiency and a setback thermostat that I just love. I called them for an free estimate that came that same day we came to an agreement the next day they came and remove the old furnace and air and install the new Furnace and air. Professional quality job I was thrilled I am one of them Guys that is hard to please because I know exactly what’s necessary To do the job and what the job is supposed to look like when Complete. I highly recommend Morris heating and air, They are professionals they protected my floors they put cover on their shoes when they walk onto my hardwood floors and they cleaned up after the job was complete you would never know they’ve been there except for a High-efficiency furnace and air With an outstanding warranty. They have high-quality people that work for them, not contractors I think that makes a difference.

Note: This company did everything they promised. Barry was very timely and professional. Everything was explained very well. The guys that did the install were very good and did a great job. A rep from the company called me the next day to make sure we were happy with everything. I would most definitely recommend A1 Morris for your HVAC needs. I had never heard of A1 Morris. I was interested in a Trane system and A1 came up in my search. Got a quote for complete heating and AC system installation, that was a lot cheaper than the big well known QC area companies. While I was skeptical about such a lower priced quote. I went with A1. Best decision, they do great work. Communicate at all times. Detail out any work they do, if anything is not right they go out of their way to correct any issues. They do their best to fit you in for appointments, even during busy times. Highly recommend.

The guys were very professional. From the start Coming yesterday and answering all my wife’s question while i was at work, to today installing a new furnace quickly and cleanly. Answered all questions. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to use them!

Had this company install a new AC/furnace 2 years ago. Barry Morris, the owner, is nice to work with and the Trane equipment is very reliable and was reasonably priced.
I am not impressed by their customer service. I had an appointment scheduled and they never showed and didn't call to reschedule. I've had to call them 3 times regarding this appointment and have continued to hear every excuse. Their focus is on selling/installing new units, because that's where the money is.
I would not recommend them for service. Even when I had them install the units they did not show up when scheduled, I had to call and find out where they were. I will not use them for any future service. I have since found a more reliable, less expensive company to provide annual maintenance.
