Little surprised at some of the negative reviews here. I had a great experience with these guys. My heat pump "pooped out" on me a while back. My system is a bit complicated, and the original installer wouldn't return my calls, and it was in the middle of summer. I was between a rock and a hard place. Advanced Mechanical not only responded quickly, they diagnosed the controls, re-installed a better heat pump, checked my outdoor loops, etc. Everything is now working fine. I found all the technicians very knowledgeable and professional. I was completely satisfied with their service.
I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs! They installed a new heating and cooling system, and all new duct work, they were professional, courteous, and got the job done on time. Everything they promised they delivered.
Just like the other customers review here , I had a horrible experience with this company, especially with the secretary/dispatcher lady! Was very loud , Rude and Unprofessional.
Was told a part was needed to fix the furnace and told another technician was going to come by and install when the part arrived. ( PAID cash for the service call i.e- 104$ ). Another technician came the following day with no part. Told me that the part is going to arrive Monday instead. Both technician stated that the part was under -Warrantly- and told me that the dispatcher will contact me with the a date that the technician will come and install.
Monday had past by with no phone call and Myself( as a customer ) had to call! The technician finally arrived Wednesday to install the part. I Received a bill for the part and another charge for the service fee! ?
Contacted the dispatcher and stated why I was charged when the part and service call , when I paid the first service call with cash! I told her I feel this was unfair and shouldn't have to pay this. During the call she was loud , raising her voice and unprofessional! I finally told her that I am willing to pay for the part. And she hung up !
I would not recommended Advance Mechanical Geothermal. They treat their customer very poorly and act unprofessional when dealing with situation such as this.
The only reason I give it one star is because the technician was very nice, although he didn't fix my air conditioner. The receptionist/dispatcher is horribly rude and lies about calling you back. The reason I used this company was because they were sent out by my American Home Shield contract. The technician replaced the motor on my air conditioner, but released my freon because he said there was too much. My air conditioner had not been serviced in 12 years, so too much?? Almost impossible! I am responsible for paying for new freon with my contract, so a bit angry with that. After dealing with the receptionist/dispatcher I was so angry I had to write this review and I have never been so angry as to complain about a company in a review!! Highly recommend you call a different company!! I have been dealing with my air conditioning problem for over 3 weeks now!
When the guy came out he missed around with the Hot Water Heater and then made a call and when he came back all he said was the Heater is old and broken. My problem is they had just put it in 9 years ago and I was already told the control panel is bad. Later that day yesterday another person came and changed out the control panel and my water heater is working just fine.
I called this company to fix my furnace and they said they would call me at 7 AM the next morning to set up a time and by 4:30 PM I called Lynch and their technician was at my door in 15 minutes . Lynch’s guy was very kind and helpful and made me feel he really cared about my problem .
I have had a wonderful experience with Advanced Mechanical over several years. I see the other review had a bad experience, but she should have contacted her home warranty and went over pricing and to varify what charges are covered under warranty, thats not up to Advanced Mechanical. Sorry to hear that she had a problem, but it clearly wasn't due to Advanced Mechanical customer service. I would recommend Advanced to everyone.
Did not show up for schedule appt I made. Called. And asked her why. She said there was no appt schedule. She was suppose to call me back after checking and never did. Very unreliable
id give Zero Stars if i could messed up plumbing and doesnt even have plumbing License and dropped drugs on floor right in front of me highly recommend different company didnt even fix my boiler!?
