I have used Tyler’s Heating and Cooling on numerous occasions for both my residential property and my business property. I am always satisfied with their service. I highly recommend Tyler’s Heating and Cooling. The company is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will continue to use Tyler’s Heating and Cooling.

Very professional! Nice people to work with and did a very thorough job at not only fixing the problem, but some maintenance work to keep my furnace up and running for years to come! 10/10 highly recommend!

Woke early this morning to a freezing cold home, it seems our furnace had decided it was going to stop working in the middle of the night. This company had a tech out within an hour of my call to them, diagnosed the issue and offered repairs at a reasonable price
Compared to competitors, and believe me I called around. Michael Sailor, salesman for Tyler's, patiently answered all of our questions, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We did not feel pressured into buying anything. He worked with us on installation dates so we did not have to take off time from work.

Andy Brooke and Matt Coulter installed out new furnace and air conditioner quickly and professionally. They protected our carpeting while carrying the old furnace out and bringing the new one in. They were quiet and respectful while working. After finishing for the day they cleaned up their work area before leaving.

My water heater was leaking and we weren't getting any hot water. We called Tyler at 10 am on Thursday and by 2:00 they were at my house. By 6 pm I had a brand new water heater installed and ready to use!!
While they were here they inspected my AC and Furnace units for maintenance. I highly recommend this company!! They were effecient, honest and I love that it's owned and operated by a vet!!

We had a number of companies out to do estimates for a new/replacement AC, and Tyler's was extremely kind and helpful. We ultimately went with a different company, but the kindness of the person who came out to assess the unit and give an estimate really was notable.

Karen of Tyler’s Heating and Cooling was very compassionate after telling her that my family had been living without hot water for days and sent James to the house within 30 minutes. Their prices were fair and they had the non-functioning water heater out and my family had hot water in under 6 hours from the call to inquire. Lowes was originally arranged but when they called to arrange the time for today’s installation, Chrissy at DRF said “The caveat is that we have our own clients you are not our only client and we are going to do our work first and do Lowe’s work last. When I asked when they could install they said they might be able to fit me in Friday but couldn’t give me a time because she said she may not be able to Friday. Tyler’s was compassionate, timely, professional and clean! They will be my go-to company moving forward! -Laura Jojo
