Tyler's did a great job for us installing our new Lennox furnace. Mike came out and did an excellent recommendation and evaluation of what was needed for our home. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He was very patient. Caleb and James installed the furnace on schedule and did an excellent and professional job. They were very careful, considerate, and did a great job cleaning up. We would happily recommend Tyler's for anyone who needs HVAC work done.

As a brand new customer, I’m so thankful to Ed at Tyler Heating & Cooling for getting our geo thermal system up and running again when our heat went out while I was out of town for business. Ed took the time explain the problem to my wife and pointed out why we need to be doing regular maintenance on our 9 year old unit. He’ll be coming back out to replace a part and we will be enrolling in their maintenance program so we can avoid this problem in the future!

James and Caleb did a great job they were professional, personable and cleaned everything up on a crazy hot day. Jason was helpful, knowledgeable and honest. We had an estimate done one week and they were out to remove our 17yr old heating and AC system and install a brand new one the next Monday. I was even comfortable after meeting with Jason, letting them in my home while I was at work. Didn't have to waste a vacation day or sit around waiting for a service provider as most people dread. Seriously great, hard working guys. Everything is expensive these days and their prices were competitive. Recommend them over all the big local names 1000 times. Thanks guys for being awesome and our home is so much more comfortable and the system is so quiet like the original one never was!

Customer service when calling is very professional, caring and willing to spend time listening. This is such a rarity today.
The AC tech was very professional he even called to see if he could come earlier. Explained everything that was going on with the A C and showed me what he found. Asked before he did repair if I had questions. Told me ballpark price before doing work. He was very personable and knowledgeable. If anymore trouble in the next coming years I will be calling them.

Eric responded to my 9 pm call and offered to come within an hour instead of the next morning. He quickly identified and explained the problem (a loose wire responsible for the condenser fan no longer running) and repaired it quickly. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly Glad I called this company. Will use them again.

Tyler's sent me a text with a picture so I knew who I was meeting. Eric arrived on time, efficiently diagnosed the problem. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to resolve the problem. I will use Tyler's.

I had the pleasure to meet with Ed Anderson. I’m a new to owning a home so I had a lot of questions. He listened to my concerns and followed through thoroughly to resolve my issue. Although my issue was small he taught me several things to look out for and showed me step by step what he was doing. I APPRECIATE his honesty!!!💓 He discussed with me their maintenance program which I enrolled in AND their $250 raffle every month for customers who have their companies’ yard sign outside 😃 Through and through completely professional!! Btw…they text you with the technicians name and image before he/she arrives. I really appreciated that feature!
