Thermal Plus of Michiana

My air conditioning system went out Saturday. Was coming up to the hottest days of the summer. I called and left a message on Sunday. They called me back on Monday morning and fit me in their schedule on Monday afternoon around 12:00. They came out and looked at my air conditioner and unfortunately gave me bad news however the air conditioner was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. They were able to work me into their schedule and by Thursday afternoon I had a new air conditioning unit put in. Thank you Ron and Austin! They did a superb job very professional! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve always had the best experiences with Thermal Plus. Hard to find businesses that show up and do the work. I would highly recommend!

Avoid this service provider at all costs. Multiple complaints with the BBB of Indiana as well as the Indiana Attorney General. Complaints relate to price gouging, inaccurate service diagnoses, and upselling. There are plenty of other and better HVAC companies to do business with. This shop is to be avoided.

Furnace went out Friday night. Placed early call Saturday morning and had someone out within a half hour to get repaired
