Great experience. They got me on the schedule three days from the date of the call for servicing to HVAC. Technician came back same day and fixed a minor problem which occurred after the line was flushed, no charge.
Poor communication from the office and misleading advertising on the website. I was looking for a free estimate (as listed on the website) to get a unit working again. The tech came, tested power, called around for quotes to fix the probable issue, and then charged me a $100+ service fee. I was confused about the charge and called the office afterwords. They said it should've been communicated that the only free estimates they do are estimates for a new unit, and that a service fee would need to be collected before the technician leaves. I agree it should've been communicated, but it wasn't.
Update: I was contacted by the owner and everything was made right!
Just had a quote from Tyler's. They came out the next day on time. Very professional. My friend used them for an installation and service program and he loves them. That was ten years ago and it still looks brand new.
We tried repairing our water heater ourselves and ultimately called Tyler's when it still wouldn't work. Jeremy came out to help us. He was on time, professional, and honest. We will definitely be using them again for any of our hvac/plumbing needs.

Matt was amazing. He is a perfectionist. He spent almost an hour and. a half. maintaining my air conditioner and making sure it was in sync with my furnace.
