Great service by Dusty, including work very late at night. Dusty quickly diagnosed issues with our AC's capacitor, conductor, and thermostat replacing them all quickly over the course of two trips. Highly recommended.

Office staff was great and helpful, sales tech Mike was rude and unprofessional. I went with another company simply due to timing (it's a heat wave and I have senior pets and Tyler wasn't able to get to me til next week. I don't fault them, it's busy this time of year) I sent Mike a text to tell him that and to thank him for his time and he called me disrespectful.

TLDR: Their office ladies are kind and polite, their service reps are hard workers and clearly educated in their profession.
Am a bit confused with the first 3 visits as service was questionable. My recommendation is to ensure you read their invoices + have them give a review of what work was done/completed.

I am sticking with them for now due to Ed and mike being so knowledgeable but... still on the fence.

12-JUNE-22: charged 164.39
Request: inspect two AC units + furnace
The rep spent one hour to remove 1 Furnace blower. Stated full inspections will be completed upon return. One system working.

14-June-22: Charged: 599.66
Replaced furnace blower motor. put contact screw in relay to force AC to come on, verbally informed both systems Good to go!
forged signature stating systems were to customer satisfaction and complete.

16June22: Called to request explanation why both systems no longer work and what's going on. Personally inspected units: found blower motor with no wire caps + cut up wiring. Fuse was loose. AC unit cover screws removed, found on ground next to unit.

23 JUNE 22: charged: 102.36
rep came out for 5mins. Stated He never inspected second system + there is a wiring issue. very difficult to understand his explanation of what's going on. He did not repair/inspect either system and just left. Once again, forged signature stating systems were to customer satisfaction and complete.

advised 1500$ repair minimum to install wireless unit.

07JULY22. Charged: 0$
Senior Service rep came out, removed contact screw as it was hazardous. Quickly Identified issue with second system and first system. Second system works, second system works minimally.

advised detailed breakdown of required work and suggested several alternatives and provided informative feedback.

Tyler's was easy to schedule with, followed up with updates on who (including picture and name of service tech) would be arriving and when. Once on-site they performed the work and ran thru system checks to make sure.

They came & did 1 year warranty check. They were very polite & efficient. 2/13/23 they came after hours & repaired a pipe in the basement which was leaking gas! They fixed it very quickly! (James Wyly)

Loved the daily notification with name and photo of each person coming to work.

My wife and I purchased a historical house built in 1900. It did not have HVAC and 3rd floor was not covered by existing boiler heating system.

They installed 3 complete HVAC systems with multiple zones each, humidification systems, UV Systems, Filter Systems, ducts, thermostats and etc.

Extreme caution not to disrupt or damage any portion of historical home.

Also, they removed all pipes, radiators and etc. of 120 year old heating/boiler system.

They intergrated their system into our Control4 Smart Home System.

Jason brought his team and a through assessment was given how to properly heat and importantly for us to cool. We wanted each level to have its own system and to zone each level.

Everything we discussed was cared for and executed. Important was a balcony in the vicinity of HVAC units and noise. What we received was a 21 SEER system with similar price from other vendors for a 16 SEER.

James the lead installer not only cared for his installation but ensured other trades were doing their job to have a properly efficient system.

My opinion Tyler’s went above and beyond what one would or should expect.

Amazing experience and I would highly recommend Tyler’s.

I can go on and on if complexity and professionalism of Tyler’s and the entire team.

Just recently had Tyler install a new furnace in my home. The rep, Mike, and his technicians were complete professionals in every way. The installation was perfectly done. I would highly recommend Tyler's to anyone needing HVAC work.
