I called Tyler's after making several other phone calls. They were one of the only companies willing to come out and look at my ductwork under my mobile home. I was told when I called, the tech would climb/crawl under my trailer and look at it to see what needed fixed and get a quote from there. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday.
The Tuesday they were scheduled to come out, I took time off work for the appointment. The tech came earlier than expected, so I was not present when he arrived but my mom was, and allowed him access to the home. The tech checked the furnace (which was never requested, as I had someone else out the week prior) then went outside. He did NOT crawl/climb under my home, just pulled a piece or 2 of skirting and "looked underneath" to give me a quote. He claimed my crossover duct was kinked (another company confirmed it is not) and quoted me 550 for parts plus labor.
When I questioned if he was underneath my house, I was told yes he was, and when I stated that there was no place showing he went under my home (snow covered ground), the tech called me back to say he pulled the skirting off and didn't need to climb underneath to see the crossover was kinked.

7/10 do not recommend this company

We had our 1st heating maintenance and it was very good the tech called before he came out and actually ask if he could come earlier which was fine He check everything out and even made us aware we need to change the filter. He told me all was fine and then we talked like we were friends. This is a wonderful company and I'd recommend anyone to go to them.

(3/4/23) Followup to my original post. Recently, a Technician from Tyler's performed a checkup on my system 6 months after installation. A problem with a part was found and a new one ordered under warranty replacement. I appreciated the checkup, professionalism, and expertise of the Technician.

Due to a previous unpleasant experience with another HVAC company, I did some online research for another company to replace my 30 year old A/C and furnace. I had a general idea of what the cost might be, but not what specific companies might charge. I decided to try Tyler's first. Three reasons for that. The first being they are a veteran owned and operated company. I'm a vet and place a priority on that fact. The second was that they are located very near to my home. The third is that they offered financing.

So, I went to their website and submitted a request for contact. They responded quickly, and on August 15th, Mike (a technician) came to my house to size up the job. During the visit, he informed me of what was the best option to replace my HVAC equipment, the cost of doing so, and arranged for financing.

On August 19th, technicians Andy and Matt showed up to do the replacement installation. They were very knowledgeable in answering my off the wall questions, and very diligent in their work. The entire job consisted of replacing a central air unit, replacing the furnace, and replacing the thermostat. I know my ancient equipment and the room they had to work with was probably not so easy, but they did the job. My wife was also quite impressed. Well, that's important. About 7 hours after they arrived, they cleaned up any mess that was made and took the old equipment with them, leaving my wife and I with cool air blowing around the house. Very nice, thank you.

So look, if you're in need of some HVAC work, then maybe Tyler's is right for you. That's your call, I can only speak of my own experience. I can say that all the people from Tyler's that I had contact with were very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and diligent in their efforts. Thanks very much Mike, Andy, Matt and the entire family at Tyler's. Whew, that was a lot of typing.

Kyle from Tyler’s Heating and Air saved the day. Very grateful.
Temperatures dropped in the 20’s and of course there was an issue with the furnace. This was an after hours call. He was there timely, troubleshooted the problem, ordered the part and called me first thing this morning and came and installed it. We highly recommend them
