    Furnace went out on a Saturday morning. Spent several hours texting back and forth trying to figure out if furnace could even be repaired. In the end, the one part I needed wasn't available from any supplier and I checked online and couldn't find it either. Furnace was at end of its life so decided to have new furnace installed. Showed up and installed brand new furnace just before extreme cold hit and couldn't be happier with the service! Went out of their way to try and help me out! Will be using them again for any HVAC needs for sure

    Woke up with no heat. House was cold. Joe came out and give me the bad news that I had a crack in the heat exchanger and blower motor was fried gave me an estimate on new furnace said his crew could put it and that evening! I was so happy now I have heat special thanks to Joe and his wonderful crew. Great job guys!

    My furnace went out so I contacted Greenway heating to come and fix it. This is the second time I have had them do a job for me. Joe is honest and does quality work. I would recommend Geenway for any hvac work you need done.

    I woke up to a cold house this morning! Furnace would not light. Kyle called me when he was heading to me, asked a few questions about what the furnace was doing, and said he would be there in 20 minutes. He was polite and friendly, and best of all I have heat again! I would gladly recommend Greenway for HVAC problems.

    My home warranty has a contract with these people. They came out and called it what was wrong to me but then when it came down to the reporting to my home warranty they add it extra things that they said they needed to do which were not covered under my warranty. When talking with the Greenway guy he said he had to put that in there because that was the only option he had when submitting his documentation. However him doing that calls me to have to pay a fee which I shouldn't have had to pay anything because he added something extra that needed to be repaired that didn't need to be repaired. I went back and forth with him and my homework to people and I ended up not even using the service at all. The professionalism was poor quality. The guy at Greenway then tried to bargain with me and lower the price on what I will have to pay out of pocket by changing what service I needed. When all I needed was one thing fixed. So, I felt like he was just scamming and trying to get extra money for unnecessary pairs and he was over the top with his calls. Needless to say I was able to get this job completed for a fraction of what he was trying to charge. Not only what he was charging my home warranty but also extra money he was trying to get from me. So I was blessed to have saved over $1,200 by not using Greenway.

    Started my furnace up for the first time this season and it would not fire the burners. I did some testing but could not figure it out so I called Green Way Heating and Cooling. They came out as soon as they could and Joe "the owner" couldn't of been a more personable, honest guy, found the problem in less than 10 minutes, drove to the parts warehouse to grab the part, installed it, tested the furnace and I now have heat. He also did a inspection to make sure my heat ex-changer was still good.
    I will call them back for any further service and definitely when it needs to be upgraded/replaced, they will be my first call.

    My husband and I got introduced to this company through our home warranty, but will never go through anyone else going forward. We have had to have them out several times for different services and each time Joe has taken the best care of us. His professionalism, promptness, knowledge, and customer service is outstanding-while also making you feel like family. Highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!!

    I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of heating and cooling services!! I have personally used this company more than once. I received excellent service from them every single time!! They do NOT disappoint!! The owner and his team are very professional, friendly and task oriented. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. They always arrived on time and I received a call prior to arrival. They happily answered any questions I had and explained the process to me!! My maintenance and repairs were completed and I couldn't be happier.

    I worked with a national chain for five years to service my HVAC and they recently suggested i replace my unit....at a cost of 20k.

    I called Greenway and quickly discovered what I had been missing....Joe answered my call on a Sunday evening and being the owner said he could come out that night or first thing Monday morning.

    A new HVAC was not needed instead Monday morning Joe replace a (flux) capacitor and something on my fan. I’m a life long Greenway customer and I hope you will be too! Great local and trustworthy company....you won’t be sorry!

    We had them come out our unit was so old. It would only register to 78 on the thermostat. So we needed to replace the unit and now I have got air registering 72 and lower . This company is the best I've dealt with honest and dependable. We dealt with Larry very professional. We felt comfortable with having them install our AC unit.
