I had an issue with my water heater & they were very kind in answering all my questions as well as fixing the issue with a very reasonable price. I can't refer this company enough!

The technician (Tom) was courteous, caring, professional, friendly, family oriented, punctual, & most importantly he was VERY, VERY, VERY, knowledgeable in the services that he provides. On a Saturday, Joe came out and checked my sump pump that stopped working. At first, he had said tomorrow. But he said he thought about me being out of town for a while and needed to do laundry. After his son's game , he came out and replaced the pump. Unfortunately. the switch was bad, but he will back tomorrow. I am COMPLETELY IMPRESSED! Thank you, Joe!!

Great service! I was having issues with my air conditioning and called in about it. Joe came out and fixed it the same day and it’s running great. VERY happy with Greenway and will recommend to other people!

We had an emergency last Thursday and Nipsco had to come out and then they called Greenway Heating & Conditioning to further access the the problem. I spoke to Joe at Greenway very nice guy he said he would come buy the next morning. He was prompt and curteous!! The staff at the office was very nice to also work with. Over all it was a pleasure to work with such a nice and HELPFUL group of people. JOE IS NOW MY GO TO GUY😊

I dont normally leave reviews but, this has been the best company ever! The kindness they brought and the care they showed was heart warming! I'm a young mom with 2 boys just starting out for myself. Not all the way on my feet but getting there and the compassion I was showed is the kind I want and hope my kinds have towards others. Honestly, handsdown, the absolute BEST place to call when you're having any problem! 10 outa 10 would recommend!
