GREENWAY HEATING & COOLING

We recently had a furnace and air conditioner installed. Jerry and Shane did an excellent job with the installation and answering our questions. Joe came out a couple days later to check things out and explain a few things to us. Can’t say enough about the professionalism and customer service we received from them.

We’ve used Greenway four times now and have always been incredibly impressed with their service and communication and pleased with the work they’ve done. I don’t know if we would feel comfortable using anyone else locally. We’ve always been taken care of same day even on the weekends and feel they’ve been incredibly honest, straightforward and reasonable with us. I highly recommend them.

Joe and his crew replaced our existing furnace and a/c. Great job. Friendly. After the system was installed, Joe was kind enough to come back and show me again how to operate the smart thermostat that I ordered. Very patient and professional.

I have had the misfortune of having my "3-year labor warranty" dishonored by the owner for no reason. There were two separate instances of needing the company to fix labor-related issues upon the installation of a new furnace. The owner said the following words when I called to ask for their assistance in fixing my issue "I do not want to work with you people, do not call me ever again". On a separate phone call mentioned the warranty was a "good faith" warranty and therefore implying the owner picks and chooses who/when to honor this warranty. I have never experience this kind of awful customer service. I believe I deserve at the very least what I paid for which is the three-year labor-warranty.

We have used Greenway for both furnace problems and appliance installations, and been very pleased with their work, and their cost. Their technicians have been courteous, pleasant, and respectful of our property. We will continue to use them for any furnace, plumbing, or electrical needs.

Competitor quoted us $1,420 for two furnaces repair. Called GreenWay today, Joe came out, honest discussion good/bad, no up-sell, and both furnaces now working nicely for nearly $1,000 LESS than quote. Thank you!!! GreenWay will have our business for any future heating or cooling needs. Would leave higher than five stars if possible.

Me and my wife had our A/C unit catch on fire and needed the entire unit replaced. My wife has a heart condition and we have a lot of rescue pets. Once we got the approval for the unit to be replaced from the home warranty they were out the same day. They finished the whole job extremely fast. We couldn't be happier, Thanks again for helping us.

We needed a shot of freon in our A/C unit. Melissa was here right on time. She knew exactly what to do and what she was doing. She was in and out promptly and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend her and GreenWay to anyone who needs service. I will use them again next time.

I was going to go with home comfort experts until I heard about these guys. What would have been a $15000 job through HCE was $9,000 through greenway and they did an Amazing job! They kept my house clean of their messes and even did a follow up to see how my system was functioning. Would definitely recommend greenway heating and cooling over any other company out there! This company cares about its clients and really values the work they do. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs no matter what the weather is.
