GREENWAY HEATING & COOLING

My furnace quit just before Thanksgiving. I remembered seeing a friend worked there. I called and a tech was there in a couple hours. I needed a fairly expensive repair on an older furnace. The repair was done sooner than expected. The tech, Kyle, was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. The office folks were also very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating . They are now my go to place.

We chose to go with Greenway because the first impression from the sales call was very positive. Joe, the owner and one of his salespeople, Brooke, were very professional. They asked the right questions to help them understand our needs and then provided us with options that made sense. At no time did we feel pressured or felt that there was a hard sell. The price quoted was much less expensive than the last sales call from a competitor. We went with a new furnace, AC unit, whole house humidifier, air purifier and, about a week before the install, we added a new water heater. On install day the crew arrived on time and got right to work. It was obvious right from the beginning these guys were very experienced and professional. They started at 8:30 AM, and after about two hours two additional guys showed up to help. They finished around 4 PM and the work area was spotless. Everything looked great! This will be the only HVAC company we will ever use and highly recommend them.

The owner Joe went out of his way to come assess our 16y/o furnace on a Friday night after NIPSCO had just red tagged the unit as unsafe. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, helping us understand the cause of our cracks in the heat exchanger (likely due to the extreme cold over the last month) and how that was a serious safety issue! Joe explained our options in great detail, not pressuring us into a quick decision. He took the time to speak with our home warranty agency multiple times in a 24 hour period to answer their questions, which helped maximize our reimbursement for the repair. We ended up upgrading to a new furnace for piece of mind. Mike was very helpful with the install of the new unit. He took the time to answer our questions and made sure everything was operating properly before leaving. We were very impressed with GreenWay Heating & Cooling! Thank you again for all of your help!

Joe and his team knocked it out of the park. They came out right away when our units failed, ordered new ones, and installed them very quickly. Not only that, they replaced the shoddy duct work that was there when we bought the home and now it looks fantastic!

Great service and great people. Worked with my warranty company to replace my AC. Joe found the problem quickly and got the ball rolling the next day. Brandon and John did an outstanding job with the install and even let my son help with little things which made his day. Will be calling them again. Good work. Greenway H&C replaced my 27 year old AC system with a more efficient Armstrong system. Greenway handled the entire process from quoting through installation in a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly manner. The quoted price was very reasonable with no pressure or even suggestion to up sell. Joe the owner, who did the quote, only wanted to provide a system that was the appropriate size and efficiency for my house. The installation was done by a two man crew that obviously had a lot of knowledge and experience. They happily answered all my questions and kept me informed on their progress. When they found the new evaporator coil was not to the quality standard they expected, they requested a replacement from the office, and it was promptly delivered. The work was completed by mid afternoon and the new system was completely checked out for proper operation. The work areas both inside and outside were spotless after the crew left. Other than the new AC system, you could not tell any work had been done. I highly recommend Greenway H&C for any HVAC installation or service. They are definitely a company that is professional and trustworthy, at a fair price. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

Joe, the owner of Greenway, is amazing! We were having problems with with heat and he came to our house right away! He is always so friendly and personable!! And fixes the problem very quickly.

Our AC was down, had two other companies looked at it, one quoted the repair 3k+ and the other 2k+. I was lucky that my neighbor recommended GREENWAY. Joe was great, very familiar with the system, really helped us with the best option. The repair came down $1600 and we are very happy with the price. The repair job was fantastic. I really appreciate it and would definitely recommend to anybody who has heating or cooling problem. 5+ star!
