When I called American Home Shield Greenway responded in 20 minutes when it was near 0 and diagnosed the problem in minutes and made a safe temporary repair to keep our furnace operating until the failed part could be acquired.Gary returned promptly on Monday to replace the part as promised and left our home clean and did a great, professional job! I highly recommend them!

While he was here I mentioned some other issues and he brought out some stellar electricians to take care of it. What a professional and competent group! I totally recommend!

I came home from work and the house was freezing. We have been experiencing issues with our furnace every winter. I called Nipsco Home Solutions and they put my claim through to Greenway Heating and Cooling. I put on some extra clothes and prepared to wait a couple days for service. It's the day after Christmas no one is open. I was wrong. Joe the owner gave me a call within the hour and arrived at my door with a smile 20 minutes later. After looking at my furnace he immediately knew what was wrong. Joe fixed my rattling motor, gave me a new ignitor, and cleaned my sensor. It took him less than an hour. Now I can't wait until summer so I can call Greenway about my AC .

Joe and his staff are excellent!!! They came last December at a drop of a hat and gave me real honest feedback on my heating and cooling situation. This was after other companies wanted me to spend thousands on fixing the existing system. Joe and his team gave me real feedback fixed what needed fixed and offered options down the road for a complete replacement. My point is they walked me through the process addressed what needed addressed until it was time to replace the HVAC and the Furnace. Well here we are in the hottest part of summer and the system failed. Joe and his staff dropped what they had going to squeeze me in. They came in and installed a killer system that regulates my ranch 50 times better than the original system. Every room has a consistent cool temp that before was hot in one area of the house and freezing in the other area. Bottom line Joe and his team are excellent, honest and hard working guys that have earned my business for life!

I had some plumbing issues in my home, Dustin fixed everything for me and did a great job! I mentioned I was having electrical issues also and he contacted their electrician, Scott, for me. He came and replaced my old scary electrical panel for me! I have also had Joe out to service my air conditioner and he checked out my furnace while he was there! These guys were all very professional and I am happy to have just business that I trust to call for my mechanical problems in my home!

Had the owner and his niece out for an A/C quote. He then tells me that the "other guys" are basically installing the same units just different names on them. Amana. Showed it to me on the internet. There was no pressure to buy anything. Especially something that wouldn't pay for itself. He actually advised against doing so.
.We accepted the quote and they were done in 3/4 of a day. That included fixing a leaking bathtub drain and removing some older duct work and putting in new. A new pad for the A/C unit and a brand new Armstrong Air conditioner and coil. I was going to get quotes from others, but these people know what they're talking about. I'd definitely recommend them for residential or commercial heating and cooling. Very straightforward, honest people to deal with. Definitely give them a call. I'm glad we stumbled upon them!
