Josh as excellent! Very knowledgeable and professional. Was on time a explained everything to me so I had a better understanding. The experience was a lot like Disney Land!

Very happy I chose Service Plus. The biggest reason is they follow through in getting any issues with the units they installed and fixed and working properly… in multiple occasions the same day I reached out that there was a problem they were out and resolved the problem.

-update 5.9.2023, plumbing inspection and water heater flush… very informative technician (Tracy), and super detailed which was great.

Tracy Wisley was the best - he not only spent time explaining what the problem was , but also gave us options on fixing it per our needs . He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing aspects and fixed the problem in no time . He was extremely courteous and did an exceedingly awesome job . Will surely recommend him for any plumbing needs .

Got an estimate today from David Zech. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. We are at the start of a remodel process, so can't comment on their work yet. Will leave further comments if we go with them.

I just bought an old house a few months ago that has a lot of quirks so I was happy to see that Service Plus provides a "Get to know your furnace and plumbing" service where they send a technician out to look your system over, who then describes how it all works, what you need to know about how things are setup, and what kinds of things you need to call a professional for.
Robert, the technician who came, isn't just knowledgeable, he's a great teacher. It's scary buying a great big old house, so it's really nice to have somebody who has seen it all explain how everything is working sand how it's supposed to work. I happily signed up for their member program (it's super cheap + great benefits).

Gage did a fantastic job on cleaning my clogged drain. Explained what he would do. Showed me the tree roots that clogged the drain. Out of a 10 rating, Gage was a 20. Thanks for the great service. Mike Smith
