I choose Service + for the great reviews and I had heard of excellent customer service. I was not disappointed. Josh showed up on time and was extremely professional. He was able to communicate his knowledge to me so that I could understand and make an educated decision on my choices. Josh had a great persona. He could be working at Disney with the care and professional that he displayed while at our home.

I called service plus for a leaking water heater. Ben Johnson came out and gave multiple options and after being educated on benefits of a tankless that’s what I decided to do. It has been great having unlimited hot water! The manager Mark Fite followed up after the job was complete to make sure everything was good. Great customer service and will always use service plus!

Trace came out to perform seasonal maintenance and did an outstanding job. He took the time to thoroughly clean the outside condenser unit which made a huge difference in the system operations. We will definitely ask SP to send him if we need any service calls this season. Service Plus has always been responsive to us anytime we have needed service.

The team did an awesome job on my install. Had a new furnace and AC put in and they were able to install right away. The install was really quick and they did a clean job. They left the house and surrounding area cleaner than it was when they got there and the price was very fair. We were lucky to get the house cool again before Mother’s Day.

If anyone sees this, I do NOT recommend this business at all. They messed up my kitchen sink in my hot water heater. And they won’t come out and fix it unless we pay them. Do NOT use this company and the management there is very very nasty. Beware. My hot water heater, bumps and pops in my sink in my kitchen slowly runs, and it was working before they came.

Orlando was great. Walked me through the issue, explained everything thoroughly and was just overall genuine and kind. Also pleased that he was able to get out to my house so quickly.

Paul was polite and professional. He answered all my questions and took his time to do the job correctly. He made me feel like I was important not just another job he was scheduled to handle.

I was so pleased and happy to have Trace help us with the heating problem. He was genuinely determined to troubleshoot the furnace and he determined the blower wasn't working. He suggested that the furnace may still be under warranty from another company and to check with them. I appreciate the fact he was looking out for us, not just the profit factor, His honesty was refreshing. Marlene
