Dee came and was really friendly and helpful. He talked through all that he was thinking and the process of how my system works. I was on a time crunch of someone coming out to look at my system and Dee was able to come next day. Highly recommend!

James and Nate redid our pipes and water heater, they were very professional, took time to explain everything, and did great work! They also brought my trash bins to my garage since they saw our trash service came already, it was just a sweet gesture! Overall great customer service, We would recommend them to a friend.

My service man Kendall C. arrived on time and with a very positive and engaging attitude. He performed my job efficiently and made sure to clean when he was done. Also took the time to educate me about the process. I will definitely use their services again and I will definitely request Kendall. Great Job!!

Received a great quote from Service Plus for a softener installation, which was very competitively priced -- better than all other quotes to-date. Further, I received excellent service by Dee.

Although I'm still searching for the best option for the installation, I appreciate the service quality and pricing that is much more reasonable than competitors.

Jeremy was really nice. He did a diagnostic and let me know if some things I needed to think about replacing but wasn’t pushy to try and sell me in it. He sent me all the pics in an email with the repairs needed. Overall great experience

Shane and his co- worker (I apologize for not getting his name) were professional, friendly and thorough when they installed my tankless water heater and 2 new toilets. Randy is the 3rd employee who joined them. He was also professional, hardworking and knowledgeable.

I called to get an estimate on a water heater I told the person exactly what I wanted all he did was push, push, push a tankless water heater with a water softner that would "only cost" me 13 thousand dollars. I never even asked for this estimate I only wanted estimates on a 50 gallon regular water heater. The one estimate that I was given for this was double the price of the highest of the 3 others. I also told the tech that I had had a medical procedure that morning and my husband and I would contact them when I was no longer under the medications he asked me "do you have any left" in regards to the medication. Very unprofessional even if it was a joke. Needless to say we did not decide to go with this company. I encourage you to shop around as well

I'm a Service Plus maintenance customer and Mario came out on their bi-annual service call. He was fantastic - friendly, conscientious of even small messes (excess calcium from replaced humidifier pad - which he vacuumed up), and was a pleasure to work with.
The system is still pretty new so there's not a lot going on with it yet, but Mario did notice a possible issue with the venting of our water heater that I wasn't aware of and which I'll need to keep an eye on.

My tankless water heater died on April 6th. Called Service Plus, they came out that day and evaluated the old one, told me it was not cost-effective to repair, and sold me a new one. So far so good, I knew the old one was not in great shape.

The installer Donell came out that day and installed the new one. Told me he cut a gas pipe but fixed it. I saw the repair, all looked good and I had hot water. Went out to dinner and a movie and came home that night to a garage filled with natural gas. I could see it shimmering in the air. Strong odor as well. I called Service Plus immediately and talked to their scheduling team, they don’t do night calls! I have an emergency situation with explosive natural gas and they can’t help until tomorrow.

I called the gas company and another company to that night to help me, and they both came out and made my house safe again. I called Service Plus to discuss what happened, but their manager was on vacation. I asked them to call me back but so far I have not received a call. I do not recommend their company at all.
