The prices are a little high, but you pay good money for a good service, right? I was put off by the salesperson not knowing anything about the systems they install. I asked for manufacturer and model and he had no clue. He did call somebody and ask, which I appreciated, but that should have been my first hint. When my house started smelling funny after a new furnace install ($15k for the "3-star" system) I became worried.
Once my carbon monoxide detectors were going off I decided to check the work, and to my surprise the installer didn't connect the exhaust. When we called the morning after the install (5 minutes after seeing the exhaust) the lady on the phone didn't seem to see the problem. She did schedule an appointment for the next day, and I didn't run my heat for the night. The mistake alone was hard to excuse, but is that customer service?
I've paid this company approximately $20k in the past year for various services and have always been disappointed. They have lost my business, although with their prices I can't imagine they'll notice.
I'm leaving 2 stars because the guy who came the next day was really nice.

We are so thankful for Tim and the time he spent with us today. He asked good questions and listened well. His patience and problem-solving skills helped to quickly diagnose where the sewer gases in our home were leaking from. Repair was simple and quick. We look forward to working with Tim from Service Plus on future plumbing needs!

Blake was the most helpful of any of the estimators we’ve worked with. He also presented his company’s reputation with pride, and we’re grateful for his service to the country and to us.
We went with another offer for furnace replacement today out of loyalty to the relationship we’ve had with that company while in this home, but we’ll look again to Blake and to Service Plus when our air conditioner takes its last breath.

We subscribe to Service Plus' semi annual inspection/cleaning on our furnace and AC unit. Our service technician, Mario, was very punctual for our appointment. He was very kind and helped to explain each part of the process he was checking, why, etc. I can tell he is proud of his work and enjoys getting to build rapport with his customers! He genuinely cares for his customers and wants to make sure they get the most longevity out of their units. He does recommend when a new unit is needed - making sure the client's safety is number one. We appreciated his help and enthusiasm with his work! Thank you for all you do!

I called this business because my family enjoys their daily sign message (and their toilet tree) on I-69. They were out the same day and had my repairs done the next day! I appreciate that they don't sub-contract out their work and the installers were Service Plus employees. They have good warranties and are very professional. Everyone that I encountered with Service Plus was kind and made the process of spending a lot more money than anticipated a bit easier. I would highly recommend them! I also appreciate that they are a family business and seem to all be hard workers. My whole heating and cooling system was replaced less than 24 hours after my initial call to them.
If you need work done, give this place a shot!

Mario was great. Showed up on time, and was a pleasure to talk to. He diagnosed the issue with my AC before installing anything. He was able to replace one part and had my AC system back up and running within an hour or so after arriving at the site. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Sam did an awesome job! We had a new furnace installed a couple months ago and yesterday when I got up for work, I smelled gas coming from the furnace. I immediately called for a tech to come out. It was at the end of his day and he still came out with a great attitude! Sam was able to determine where the leak was coming from and shut the gas off. He came back out today and fixed the issue for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. While here, he also addressed other questions I had with no complaints! I will be requesting him for any future repairs we may need. Great job Sam!!

The Service Tech Tim arrived in a timely manner, was very professional and explained to me what he would be doing and the cost upfront. He gave me the best case scenario and the worst case scenario as well. He unclogged my drain in about 20 minutes. He was very polite and even wore shoe covers in my home. I would recommend their service to others.
