Kendall did a water heater flush & check for us. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Very nice guy too…very personable. He took care of everything for us and let us know he could help us with some issues we were having with our water softener as well. I’d, definitely, recommend Kendall and the Service Plus company again!

Not at all dependable when you schedule an appointment for them to come out and look at your water heater. We've had the same issue last year and this year. We pay a monthly fee to be on a service plan that includes scheduled maintenance but when we schedule, they don't show up and text and say they'll come over later buy that never happens. So you reschedule and then the same week, they tell you again that they can't be there. I will cancel my service plan with them. We never had this issue with Ben Franklin. Unacceptable when you end up having to sit at home, take time off, and they don't get the job done. When they finally did send the plumber to clean our water heater, he was really trying to push a sale, they always try to make you replace a bunch of stuff that isn't necessary. Our water heater is currently only 4.5 years ol and he said it's necessary for us to replace it. During the entire visit, he entirely focused on eye contact only with my husband, even though I was right there, until I voiced my concern over his high priced quotes. In general, I don't do business with people who think decisions are strictly up to the "man of the house". He quoted us a replacement water heater/softener for $10,000 and said our water heater was currently 5 years old and needed to be replaced and that it was overheating. We since had another plumbing company come out for a second opinion and they told us that information was inaccurate and that there was no need to replace the water heater just yet and that it is functioning properly. They said big companies make their money on sales and therefore, Service Plus is notorious for trying to make a sale. Moving forward, we are cancelling our service plan with Service Plus.

My yearly water heater flush and faucet and plumbing inspection. Tim Bennington was my service provider and he was great! He was quick and efficient and very personable. He even checked my outside faucets for me. I would highly recommend this company!

We subscribe to their monthly subscription in order to get priority service. After they told me they had the capability to locate drain lines using camera and locate equipment they then refused to come out and would not provide an explanation as to why. I understand it’s their right to refuse service to anyone but we were in need, they said they could do it, I offered to pay for it, and I asked the manager to call but he refused to talk to me. I highly recommend you do not pay for the monthly subscription. The staff we have had our have been great, but the company is poorly managed.

Although I need to buy a new heat pump system to replace a 15 year old system, confident with Eric's diagnostic, it is the right decision.

Trace Tipton came out to do the a/c annual maintenance and was extremely thorough and friendly. Was very impressed with the level of detail in his work as he also inspected the furnace. Very happy with this call.

I've worked with 2 technicians so far for quotes and some annual maintenance services. Ben and Mario were both excellent to work with! They both listened and addressed any concerns I had. They walked me through all of my options and the cost for each. And Mario was extremely thorough when completing the annual maintenance on my HVAC system. I will definitely be calling this company for any future HVAC or plumbing needs that I may have.

My heat pump was covered in ice so I requested a service call. The help from the office staff was professional and kind. They kept me informed about the status of when the service tech would be arriving. I was very pleased with all the help Allan provided. Not only did he fix my problem but, he also educated me about several aspects of my HVAC system. Allan was also very professional. He was knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him. I was glad to hear they have a maintenance service program that will come check everything three times per year and make sure everything is running well! The service call charge and cost for the maintenance program were both very reasonable. I highly recommend their services!!

Orlando has been to my house a few times. He’s a very nice guy and very respectful. He explains things to me thoroughly to make sure I understand. He has provided very good service.

Awesome job! Worked over 12 hours to get new furnace and A/C installed. Very kind and informative. Cleaned up after themselves.
