Technician was on time, courteous and was able to quickly figure out the solution. Had to pay for 3 pounds of Freon which is quite expensive but was able to give me a membership resulting in good discounts. Membership also provides 2 free AMC visits. Overall good business ethics and no hassle dealing.

This is the first time we have used Temperature Pro and we will be switching future service to them. We had no heat for 24 hours. We had an appt with our usual place this morning but they called and canceled because of snow. I called Sanka and he had Mario out here working on the furnace with 25 minutes. He was thorough and professional. He identified our problem as a bad circuit board, showed me voltage and how it wasn't firing. He then drove to the other side of Indy to get the part and make sure we had heat today. The price was fair as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Temperature Pro made this maintenance appointment easy! They sent me a text reminder prior to the appointment and the day of letting me know the Technician was on his way, with his photo. He arrived towards the beginning of the 2 hour window scheduled and completed the maintenance efficiently. I liked that they attached a maintenance sticker on the Heat Pump with the date of service for future reference. We received a detailed service report with the invoice. They made this process seamless and easy.

My heat went out and my home felt like an ice box. I called TemperaturePro and they were able to come to my house the next day. The owner even matched a coupon from a competitor. The owner and his employees genuinely care about the work they do and the people they service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. I also signed up for their annual maintenance plan(Total comfort Maintenance plan), in which they come out every year and do multi-point inspection. One less thing to worry for me. I would highly recommend to others.

I was pleased when they told me they could come service my furnace that same day since everyone else was scheduling me days later. He diagnosed my issues with it quickly and gave me my options on fixing it. I like that your payment for the service call will be deducted with the work you will have done. Very helpful employees and they get the job done. Because who wants to be without heat in the middle of winter.
