    Alan came the morning I called and fixed the problem and explained everything while he did the repair! Was nice and professional and pricing was reasonable! 10/10 recommend! Great family owned business! I’m sold for life and will only use this company going forward! Margaret was really nice when I called and text and calling was punctual!

    We took a years worth of maintenance checks and tune ups with a new installation of HVAC - furnace and compressor with all house humidifier - and learn more about how good our system is (and our homes maintenance and repair condition and needs) each time a tech comes through. This tech communicated excellently and took his time to do a good job. Happy with our service! 5 stars for Alan - furnace and humidifier maintenance tech. (4 stars for overall experience including installation and all other maintenance techs over the last two years.)

    Had to have a significant portion of my ductwork replaced. Chris and Eddie were out to my home for 2 days. They did an outstanding job. Professional and courteous the entire time. Respectful to my property. Would trust them with any other repairs to my home. I would recommend this company.

    My main line was clogged and Conner had no problem getting it cleared quickly. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. This happened on a Saturday and he was able to get here less than an hour after I called. It was inexpensive with no extra charge for a weekend hours, which I really appreciate

    They sent Kendall the next day to offer further analysis as to what was causing my main drain issues. He went over and above to help work towards a long term resolution. He and the crew he brought the following day were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

    We used Service Plus to install a new Furnace and HVAC unit ($17,500 or so). After it was initially installed, my husband and I woke up with horrible headaches and realized we had a gas leak in the basement. We tried calling SP several times over the weekend and they informed us that they couldn't send anyone out - that no one was on call. After about 12 hours, we called the firestation and had them come out. Sure enough we had a leak and the whole system had to be turned off. We still couldn't get in touch with anyone at Service Plus over the weekend.

    Monday morning we talked to Margaret (lovely, by the way) and she told us they did in fact have a crew over the weekend, but they didn't send them out to us or acknowledge our issues. Margaret quickly acted and tried to make the situation better. The SP team came out on Monday and recognized the leak, but didn't take any responsibility for it, SP said it was a coincidence despite the first leak was a pipe connected to the new unit. We then had to come out of pocket an additional $2,500 to get lines replaced. We went a total of four full days without heat in January with two children under the age of four and our house temperature hovering in the 40s.

    Since then, we have had five more gas leaks where we've had to have the SP team come out and check / repair. We never had these issues before. We also have never received an apology. We requested that the owner call us several times, but we never received a phone call from the owner or management.

    In an industry that is so customer-facing, don't waste your time on these people. Management doesn't cascade information and customers are not a priority. We will never use this company again and highly encourage you to look at other service providers.

    Did a great job. Quick and professional. I did not like that the company tried to charge $365 for an estimate that I was not made aware of. The rte Hbo Ian waved the fee but not a good practice.

    Orlando arrived when he was expected, was pleasant, asked questions, explained what he was doing, made a few suggestions and quickly got the system checked and clean and ready to go for the season. He is easy to communicate with, knowledgeable and works swiftly. I appreciate his work.

    Service Plus did an excellent job with the plumbing issues we had with older pipes under our home. Mark Fite is an excellent manager and staff under him also did a great job!
