The crew was very considerate and respectful. They were here for most of the day and even though it was hot and crowded with a toddler in a small home, and no AC the guys were always level headed. They were careful to clean up after themselves, and did a thorough walk through afterwards to ensure everything worked properly.

I like to wait to give a review to be sure the repair needed was truly fixed. It's been just over a week since Jonathan from Johnson Comfort came out to repair our heat pump. AC unit was DOA when your man got here. He found a leak on the A coil letting all freon escape. He told home owner it woul be $ 5000.00 to replace coil. Home owner about fainted and said NO THANKS. I think home owner will have someone pull coil, repair it , reinstall it and recharge system for about $ 750.00, down time will be about a week to 10 days. Your man was hard to understand and came off like he was new to the business, not sure of what he was doing. He was a nice young man put his shoe guards on was courteous but was possibly a little shy????

Bob arrived on time to do a scheduled furnace check. He was professional and quickly checked out the furnace and tested its performance. I would use them again.

Last week, we were having issues with our A/C turning off, intermittently, and Bob was scheduled to come out and help us.

He was on time and fantastic to work with. Since I'm not the expert, I wanted to learn what may be going on. Bob answered my questions and also explained the "what" and "why" of what he was doing. He searched and dug, but wasn't able to locate the problem as the system was working well at the time. He'd hoped to find an electrical issue, but with all the testing he wasn't able to find the problem.

He didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need and said I should call the next time it stops and hopefully they can get back in time to check it while it was down.

Bob was great to work with and honest with me. I appreciated his integrity. I won't hesitate to call again. Thank you!
