I had a clogged sewer pipe on a Friday evening. Denis and Jade stayed till 10pm and diligently worked to find the clog and clear it. They great to work with and cleared the clog. If I ever have to use Johnson again I hope I get Jade and Denis to take care of whatever problems I have. They did a great job!

Levi was quick to respond to our need for leak detection in our home’s foundation. Very professional and friendly. We always trust Johnson’s to provide good service.

With water pouring from a pipe in our basement, Johnson Plumbing picked up the phone immediately and was able to send a plumber out same day on a Sunday. We received a text when the plumber was on his way with a picture so we knew who to expect. Brett was professional, courteous, and was able to diagnose and repair our leaking pipe very efficiently. We have been Johnson customers in the past and always have a great experience.

Our heat went out overnight. I submitted an appointment request in the middle of the night and they had a technician out to our house first thing in the morning. Our tech, Jeremy, was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I've used Johnson heating and cooling since the mid 1980's. These guys are well trained and knowledgeable. They ain't the cheapest, but when they leave, it's fixed ! And that's what is most important to me. I won't consider using anyone else. Do yourself a favor and call them first.

Called to have the furnace fixed. The guy who came out here said it was our computer board. Told us we either need to spend $1,000 for the board or a new furnace. He was really trying to push towards a new furnace. He charges $89 for the diagnostic. Lied to us because as he was out the drive way I looked and seen a fuse was out on the computer board. We replaced and it started working. Works great now... We called the president and left a message considering we should get a refund over the false diagnostic. He has yet to call us back. The guy who did the diagnostic his name is Allen. Don't use him, he will try to scam you for your money. That's all he is worried about is a good pay day. I also would say not to use Johson at all. Seems like their trained to try to push for a new furnace or replace good parts. I would call Petermans. Johnson is a horrible experience. Just trying to help anyone from spending crazy amounts of money. Crooks is what I say. Plus the part he said that was $900 is only $80 on Amazon.

I could not have asked for a more professional person handling my plumbing issue. Sarah and her helper deserve an outstanding in my book. They explained everything in simple and understanding way.
