I had to have them come a couple of times, and they are always professional and pick up after themselves. They make sure everything works before they leave and if something doesn’t work, they will come back. I live in a townhouse, so I don’t know how much they charge because they bill it to my landlord but I’m sure their prices are pretty good.

I was having trouble with my air conditioner and I called Curry and Johnson and they sent someone out to take a look at it. The service gentleman was very polite and was able to fix the problem. They got him out right away to take care of my problem.

My power had been off for 4 days during an ice storm. When the power came back on my heater wouldn’t blow hot air. I called Curry and Johnson at 730am on a Friday. The person answering the phone was very nice and responsive. She said she could get someone out that same day but was unsure of the time. They said they would call when they were on the way. The tech called within an hour and had my heater fixed in less than an hour. They were prompt, polite and thorough. I would recommend to anyone and if needed, use their services again. Thank you!

I had a condensation drain from my furnace that was not draining and was backing up into the house. The technician came into the house and just tried to pressurize the drain pipe. With no luck he then had to be coerced to get in the crawl space and find the pipe. He eventually found the end and discovered it frozen. He then tried to pressurize both ends of the drain pipe with no luck. He told me “That’s why pipes are not to be installed like this.” “You’ll have to wait for the ground to thaw.” “You should get a plumber to fix it.” And “I’ve done all I can do.”Then he left after giving me an invoice for $175 and taking my check.
Had another company come out same day. After 30 minutes, 4 shovelfuls of dirt, and sawing off the end of the buried pipe, the issue was resolved. Some places are obviously better at fixing issues and taking care of their customers’ needs when they are in a situation they don’t know how to fix.
*update* after speaking with their service manager and explaining my situation and hearing their business outlook on servicing I changed review to 3/5. Worth the call if not satisfied or don’t understand why something was done.

Great Service. (I am not a family member I do not know these guys)
I woke up to a 56° house at 7 am. These guys were at my house by 10:30. My furnace had a motor go out. They immediately imformed me that the part might be hard to get due to the age of my unit. They left us with a great heater that warmed my whole house while they got my part. Two days later they installed the part, it failed 6 hours later. They returned an hour after i called, took the bad part, left us another heater. Returned 2 days later new part, and repaired housing unit around motor, left us with the emergency heaters in case. 1 day later my furnace had a sensor fail on it. They returned repaired the part within 24 hours. My furnace is running great and they still insisted that i keep the emergency heaters until they bill me.

I was billed for the Motor, and labor for one day.
Never charged for additional motors or labor after the failures( 2 motors and 3 service calls). This business could have easily giving up on my unit replaced it with a modern one costing me around $2,000.
This is a great honest company. I had reservations after multiple call outs but these guys made sure my family was comfortable in the cold, and rushed to make the right repairs without going after my wallet.
They will do right by you in a stressful time.

The heating and air people. They have 24 hour call out and are quick to respond. My blower went out on my heater in December 2017. The repairman came out and found that my blower needed replaced. He tried to get one locally, but none could be located. The quickest he could get one was going to be a day and half. He provided a space heater for me and my family, and returned to my residents by 3pm the 2nd day and had us up and running. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and there reasonably priced also.
