Update: during our annual plumbing inspection, Denis discovered the valves to the washer were frozen and the water lines—old rubber style houses—were really soft, ready to bust. He was back today to replace valves and hoses to prevent a much bigger catastrophe. Denis is extremely polite, informative and professional. We highly recommend Johnson Heating & Cooling.

Our service tech, Bob, was on time, professional and friendly. He was thorough and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. I’ll probably ask for him for our next annual service.

Paul was fantastic. He replaced my sump pump quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them. He also brought an existing issue in my crawlspace to my attention and recommended a fix. I will definitely request him again. I have had issues with other plumbing companies in the past, but he absolutely put my mind at ease and he was very easy to deal with.

We had a blockage on our main drain line. I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day. They were pleasant and outlined the costs for the job.

The tech showed up as on time, and quickly cleared the blockage. He made several suggestions to improve drain function going forward. The cost was exactly what I was told on the phone, and the work was done quickly. I could not be happier.

I had a good experience with Allen. He arrived early and took charge of the service on our A/C. He quickly determined that our unit was passed its life span (19 vs avg 15) and gave options on repairing vs a new system. He was very professional and explained everything. I would definitely use this company again.
