Richard just left my home after taking a look at our AC system, which quit working a few days ago. They were at my house within an hour of calling (coming from Evansville to Owensboro) and Richard was INSANELY kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues to me, to a level that I could understand, while also giving me a decent price for repairs. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

I set up an appointment and had the tech in my house in just a couple of hours. Mark was super professional, did some rewiring to get my unit working properly, and didn't charge me much at all for the service. I was attracted to the company after reading a lot of good reviews for them, but I'll be using them from now on after how easy and professional their service was.

The Bryant HVAC technician, Gary, did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and explained issues about my system with me, and even took pictures to show me what shape my system is in. He also gave me professional advice and recommendations for the future of my system. I feel good knowing that I am set for the winter.

Mark had the a/c diagnosised in just a few minutes. And fixed within 20 minutes. Price was very fair for holiday and i would definitely recommend Bryant

Called needing quick service from strange smell coming from our furnace. Service tech arrived 3 hours later, and upon inspection, and finding no gas leak, was generous enough to turn an emergency service into a regular maintenance and save us some $$$. Super friendly technician, very informative and will be calling to service our AC next. Highly recommended.

First time customer and I'm throughly impressed with their how organized and prompt they are. the HVAC tech, Sean, was on time, courteous and professional. He also allowed me to look over his shoulder awkwardly and ask questions.

Having a newborn at home he was considerate enough to not make much noise during his visit and even asked before performing loud task.

Super pleased with the service provided by Mark S. He was prompt, polite & completed the job quickly. My unit is 20+ years old & even though he encouraged me to purchase a new one rather than fix mine, he wasn't pushy about it & he understood why I wanted to wait. He did a great job & I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Called Bryant first thing Monday morning, they were very helpful and sent a tech out within 1 hr. of my call.
Mark was very knowledgeable on his inspection, he made some minor adjustments after cleaning and added gas due to a leak in the unit.
My house is cooling as it should ! I will most definitely be using Bryant for future service.

Mark arrived and was very professional. He did a thorough inspection of the issue we had with our AC unit and then gave us our options for getting our house cool again. He was very patient with my questions and answered everything so I was clear on the issue and my options. He did not pressure me to go with a particular option and carried out my decision happily.
