We recently purchased a "soft Starter" for our HVAC condenser (it reduces surge current from ~100A down to about the mid 30's so that the unit starts (and runs) quieter, it should last longer & allows the unit to be run off of a mid sized portable generator). We called our usual HVAC company to ask if they would install it & they flat out said no. We happened to call Bryant next & they basically said no problem. They had to contact Micro-air (the manufacturer of the soft starter) to get an install diagram for our specific unit and they installed it. Shortly after they left an issue arose & the a/c quit running (some error code the condenser threw out). I called & they returned within a few hours time and fixed it right up. From the people who answer the telephone to the technicians who performed the work (Mark Schmitz & his apprentice Chandler) it was a great experience. Bryant will be our new HVAC people from now on.

Mr.Charles was really helpful & knowledgeable in fixing the heating issue on our HVAC unit. He did answer all of our queries. We will recommend Bryant to our friends for their extraordinary service and customer satisfaction !

They made a point to fit my furnace cleaning in the day after I called. Mark arrived right on time, and was able to patiently answer all my questions. He offered advice on how to care for my furnace and completed the job efficiently. the cost was very reasonable, and Mark was very pleasant to work with, so I will certainly use this company again.

If you live in Evansville, you have many options for your heating and cooling needs. I was looking for someone different to do my service calls after a not so great experience with someone else.
