Jason did a very professional job in fixing a water leak, and fixing the bathtub faucet and replacing the vanity faucet. He was on time and got the work finished in a very timely manner. I recommend this company.

This company is non like any other. Our airo was failing (old units) so we had to replace it. Wednesday morning called the company, Wednesday afternoon a person from the company came to the house and did an estimation (which was more the reasonable) Wednesday evening placed the order and paid the company, Thursday morning, two vans with 4 guys, replaced the units, tested everything, worked very professional, quick and polite. By Thursday noon, the installation was complete and finished, All cleaned up like nothing has happened. (except the brand new units) A lot of companies can take lessons from these guys! Thank you and I will definitely refer you in the future.

i can’t recommend this company enough!! We had to get our entire air-conditioning system replaced and everyone was so quick and helpful. Of course our AC went out during a record heat wave so the house was SO hot. They were able to get the entire replacement done same day. Not only that- but for weeks afterwards, I was fighting my home warrantee company for a reimbursement. My technician, Mark Schmitz, was so incredibly helpful and went very far out of his way to get any additional info my HW company asked for. And because of him and his helpfulness and diligence, I was able to get my maximum reimbursement. He owed me nothing, the job was already done and paid for so he could have easily just stopped answering my many, many calls. But he went above and beyond and I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of him!

Called at 330 on the hottest day of the week, they were at our house by 4. Charlie was super knowledgeable and showed us what we can do to prevent our AC from freezing up. Took his time to look at everything and make sure it was properly working! Couldn't have asked for a better service!

Mark was professional and put us at ease from the moment he walked up and handed me his business card first. His experience in the job was apparent as he educated us on proper maintenance and answered our questions! Friendly and professional!

John was thorough and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He answered our questions in understandable language, gave info how to get the best performance from our 20 yr old furnace and explained differences with new equipment when it becomes needed. Appreciated his time with us, will certainly call again.

Our AC stopped working in our new home and we panicked. This is our first home, but the tech was very thorough and made us feel comfortable knowing that the AC was fixable and still under warranty! Bryant heating and air are efficient and professional from the phone call at the beginning to the tech that is sent to complete the order. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My experience was great, the same HVAC Technition came both times, Mark Schmitz, explained what was wrong and what he had to do to fix it and was pleasantly surprised that the bill was lower than I expected.
