This company was amazing. Quick and easy to get an appointment. Truthful and honest didn't over charge and took time to explain my unit and issue. My home is back to freezing again and just in time for the 90s next week. Thank Mark for a great job done. Will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family

I've been using Bryant for a few years now and they have always treated me right.

I could write a whole novel about how awesome my experience with this company was. From response time to being respectful while on site, the more than exceeded expectations throughout. Jon H. especially did an amazing job of explaining the process throughout and staying realistic on their timeline (being careful not to overpromise.) 12 of 10 will recommend these guys to people in need.

Charles was our Service Tech and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made us aware of a problem and was able to fix it before it became a major issue. He was very pleasant and informed us of what he was doing along the way!!!

We called because our air had went out in our outside unit because it was 20 years old. We like using family owned businesses. They were very professional and extremely nice from the first call I made to coming out to our home. they came out and performed everything that needed to be done. They were very honest professional very reasonably priced and because it was so hot they installed our unit the same day! I would recommend them to anyone!

Charles Davis was my technician. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I do not know very much about this stuff and he was nice enough to explain things to me and help me understand what was going on with my AC. He was also very receptive to my budget and helpful with finding a solution where it worked for me. I will absolutely be continuing to use Bryant in the future and I hope their other technicians are half as good as Charles!

This is not truly a 4 star rating. Its actually a 1. If i posted a 1 star, then this post would have never made it online. I must start out by saying, i am not a customer of Bryant. I am an industrial HVAC service tech. I have no interest in getting Bryants residential customer base. I am writing this to warn any potential customer about this company. A neighbor of mine had Bryant out to do a maintenance on her furnace. The Bryant tech told her that her heat exchanger was cracked and that she needed a new furnace. She was told by the tech that a new unit could be installed the next day. Being an elderly widow, she wanted to speak with her brother first. Come to find out, the same tech was just at her brothers house and had told him the same thing. My neighbor reached out to me so i could give my thoughts on the matter. Upon inspection, i found that the furnace was 6 years old and in great operating condition. Not only that, the unit was still under warranty. I discovered the same situation at her brothers house. I have heard about the questionable business practices of Bryant over the years at supply houses. I have now witnessed it myself. Once again, i have no motive of converting any Bryant customers to the company i work for, we dont do residential work. I’m just seriously disturbed by a company who tries to take advantage of people.

Outstanding service from setting the appointment to Sean servicing and cleaning our units. Everything was explained, they even called to see if they could come earlier and that worked out great. Highly recommend Bryant Heating and Cooling. Always dependable, honest and on time!

Charlie A from the Evansville branch did a great job with the repairs to our HVAC unit. We recently had an electrical surge that caused the unit to stop working. Going into the cold weekend, we were worried it might not be fixed in time. Charlie came out yesterday and found the issue and had it completed today. I can't thank you all enough for getting this handled so quickly.

The service man was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions thoroughly. With patience. Thanked me for using their service also gave me a little history of his company. Also the lady that scheduled my appt. was very nice and explained all of the company options. I’ll be calling them again in the future.
