Bryant Heating and Cooling

Had them come to repair old furnace. They said it wasn't fixable so had them install a new furnace. Connecting it into all the old ductwork and to the old central air unit. Tried to use the central air today 04/12 and doesn't work, before new furnace install ac worked great, no issue but now it won't work and they want to charge me to come out and correct their mistake. We also had issues with programming the new thermostat. It doesn't stay on the set schedule. They were supposed to come look at it but never scheduled to come out and never called to try help walk us through why its not working properly. During the furnace install they busted tiles in our laundry room and scratched my new washer and they did a bad job cleaning up after their install. Very disappointed as a whole.

Very prompt in coming out. Mark was an excellent technician and did everything to make sure I was satisfied with service. I would recommend 100%.

They installed a new furnace and the 2 guys that did the installation were very professional. Clean up so well, you could hardly tell they had been there.
