BW/Cook Service Experts

While all the other places were booked, this one was ready to help on MY time. Two gentlemen showed up, Mike and Greg. Down to Earth and friendly. Walked me through everything they were doing and why. Our needs were met and they came under the quote based on my description. Turned out to just need some basic TLC. There was zero shenanigans.

Try this team out at least once, give em a chance. I'm glad we did.

Scott F and Michael M were the technicians assigned to resolve my issue. It was like having family members in my home as these gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and respectful of my home. Highly competent, knowledgeable, and thorough - my issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I have become well-acquainted with BW Cook service technicians over the past few months and will continue to call on them for their services in my new home!

Adam P was my service rep. He was out to my house within 2 hours of my calling in . He was cheerful, gregarious, and professional. He is an apprentice and I believe will be a great asset to the company. I would recommend him to anyone needing service. While he was there he also answered all my questions on other HVAC issues

Blew my socks off. Felipe did more complete and thorough inspections , cleaning, and maintenance that my previous four services combined. True professional and high work ethic. I hope we get him every time.

Scott and Brad came out promptly to see what was going on with my noisy heater. They were very professional and personable and got to the root of the problem immediately. I have been subscribed to their $15 a month plan for half a year now and i plan to be for awhile! Every tech that has came out has been knowledgeable and very professional.

Martin is a very personable, competent, experienced service person. He does a great job and always explains what he's doing. He's educated me on the proper use and maintenence of my furnace and A/C. He's courteous, considerate, knowledgeable,patient and intelligent. He's the reason I use BW/Cook.

Philip S did a great job when he came out last week, I called all the 24 hour plumbers a no one could get me in for at least a week but BW Cook had an opening the next day!! Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing services!

Zack was very thorough and pleasant. He came early so that we could make a last minute doctor appointment. While inspecting our air conditioner he also pointed out a problem with our gutters that needed to be fixed.
