Very professional and extremely kind to us when they do work In our home. The team of professionals are very personable and make us feel comfortable with explaining every procedure they complete. I have used BW the 17 years I have lived in this house, and have always been happy with their service. Adam Palmer was my service technician yesterday. He did a very thorough job checking out my air conditioner and air purifier, making sure everything was cleaned out and working properly.

I had a Furnace and AC inspection with Ethan and Sean. They were very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to point out possible future issues with my system and informed me what to look for, as well as parts pricing in case I needed a new one. Luckily I didnt yet. They were easy to talk to and I'd be happy to have them assist me again.

BW cook service three homes for us. The Tech, Adam did an outstanding job. Very professional and competent. He handled both our Mishawaka and Valparaiso homes

Greg Kizer and Seth Trevino serviced our South Bend house for its air conditioner maintenance checkup and found the capacitor wasn’t working and was able to fix and get the system functioning quickly

My kitchen drain was clogged and they were able to fix it quick! BW Cook associates were professional, responsive, and overall wonderful! I will use them again in the future.

The service technician was VERY nice, polite, professional, thorough and friendly!! They were very prompt - even a few minutes early, at the BEGINNING of the window estimated for visit. He made an extra trip to the unit and even surveyed other complimentary units to provide advice and options. I was VERY pleased with this group and will certainly look to them again in the future!

Today we had Adam P. out to do our Ac maintenance and he was fantastic! Very kind, professional and informative! We love BW Cook, they installed our new furnace and AC last spring for a reasonable price and provided nothing but phenomenal service!

Seth did a great job replacing our cracked pipe. He was professional, efficient, and friendly and we decided to proceed with another project we had been putting off for quite awhile because of his professionalism. Highly recommend working with him for your plumbing needs.
