BW/Cook Service Experts

We had a new toilet installed. Seth was our service technician. He called when they said he'd call - and arrived on time. Work was done efficiently and he was respectful. We bought our own toilet (vs through the company), but he was knowledgeable and helpful with advice. I'd highly recommend BW/Cook and Seth!

I would like to thank Adam and Steven very much for their professionalism, kindness, and help. They both answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable in my decisions about my furnace and air condition units. I would definitely be happy to have them back for future inspections.

JR, service tech and Bill, salesman were just what I expected from BW. Professional, knowledgeable, and concerned about my needs and questions. My 2 outdoor faucets leaked and the faucet in my bathroom was stuck. He fixed the outdoor faucets and replaced the bathroom tub faucet which I didn’t think could be replaced because of the tub enclosure. Good to know it can be. But Seth was so kind, respectful and conscientious. He wanted to ensure I was satisfied before he left. I highly recommend

They sent two people to come and help us and they were awesome! Both Josh and Brad were very knowledgeable and great at explaining the problem and the different options for fixing our furnace. They both genuinely seemed to care about what they do. This was our first experience with BW/Cook, and I hope we get someone as nice and helpful as them the next time we need service too!

Making big expensive decisions are not easy, but Jasmine and Kyle provided all the info I needed and treated me with respect. The installation of a new system by Robert, Kirk and Ezekiel was very clean and efficient, a pleasant good experience. Thank you!
