Billy and jr were amazing! they came in and looked at all my appliances and told me things about my appliances I didn’t know. Fixed my air conditioner .Very kind! Very informative! Helped me get the correct bundle for my house situation. Thank you so much for being amazing.

Today we had a service visit from Billy White and Zach I. Both were polite, well informed and thorough in their work. You can tell that they take pride in their work and stand by their products. We had furnaces and air conditioners looked at and even had some plumbing advice and estimates. I am very pleased with their timeliness, attention to detail and efforts to provide customer satisfaction. 100% thumbs up!!!!

Greg Kizer and Dan W were here to do my summer service for my air conditioner recently. They were every thorough and took their time explaining everything to me regarding the wear and tear on my unit. We even spent some time discussing water heaters versus tankless. I greatly appreciate how much time they took with me. I'm very reassured that my unit was in good condition. Thanks for the great job guys!

Actually did A/C Tune up for summer.
Ryan and Seth the service technicians called and came on time. Very friendly and respectful of my home. Found that the furnace filter needed to be replaced. Were very thorough in the inspection of my A/C unit and explained some things to me. Would definitely recommend BW/Cook for their outstanding service and very helpful technicians. Signed up for the Maintenance Plus program and will be using them in the future.

Had a full system installed back in 2022. Michael T was here today to do the vent cleaning that was part of the original price of the install. He was very informative and did the job very quickly. Much appreciated

I had a bad leak and BW Cook was able to send a plumber out the very next day, and he came earlier than I expected! He was polite, professional, and fast. He explained everything to me and showed me the repair before he left. He also stayed and let the water run to make sure the leak was completely fixed. I'm so grateful and will definitely come back for future plumbing or HVAC services! Thank you so much!

Extremely happy with the service. Hired BW to install a shut off valve in a gas line to my fireplace. Logan showed up on time and was very helpful and efficient. He went out of his way and gave me some tips on water heater maintenance. Will definitely hire again.

I had my annual service on the ac done today. The service was performed by Scott. I received a call from him, letting me know he was on his way, with an expected arrival time. After servicing the air, Scott gave me a report on its condition. I am very pleased with the service today, and will be requesting Scott when it's time for the furnace checkup.
