Very professional, came out within a couple days of us requesting service (I think we called on Friday, they came out Monday), he showed up during the timeframe given, and was thorough in his inspection even though our attic access is challenging! Very nice and considerate in wearing booties while in the house and insisted on going through the gate rather than through the house to check the unit outside. Would definitely recommend and call on this company again!

I have been using All Services for several years to conduct regularly scheduled heating and cooling maintenance on my rental properties systems. They installed the gas lines and electric for the a pool heater. Referral from St John Pool. They were great all the way around. Crew was incredible. The technician came to the house and within minutes of finishing the measurements we had the quote immediately via email. Very very professional company. Would highly recommend to anyone. The installers had me come out and check everything over with them when complete. Fantastic.

Our AC went out and we called All Services first thing in the morning. Two technicians were here by 9:30am. I was so impressed by their quick response time and glad they were able to get here before it was really hot outside! Jeff and Jeanette were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions as I needed. They also explained everything they were doing as they went which I appreciated. This was our first time using All Services and because of this great experience, we will definitely be using All Services again!

We had the pleasure of working with two different electricians from All Services and both of them were awesome. Sean came out first and gave us an estimate and the game plan for updating already existing pool electric. He was very kind, professional and knew his stuff. Brian actually came out to do the work and was also incredibly professional and able to handle an unexpected hiccup in the process. The ladies I spoke with from the office were also very friendly. I had an electrical malfunction that very well may have resulted in fire. The All Services office prioritized my situation. Sean came out and formulated a remedy that would keep us safe with future flexibility within 2 hours of my initial call. The very next day work was performed to get us back online with electricity. The electricians Josh and Eli were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient in their work. I would recommend All Services to anyone in need. I highly recommend that you NOT do business with this company. If you do, TRIPLE verify every detail because they are unprofessional and waste your time. I would rate zero stars, if possible.

The main reason for this review is the experience I had today, Thursday, June 15, with one of the customer service agents who was rude and unhelpful from almost the first minute on the phone. This business is poorly managed and if they cared about service they would offer a way to correct their mistakes with customers. I lost 1.5 days of work dealing with them.

The first time I booked I used their Google scheduler and when I called the day of service because nobody had shown up or come by, the woman told me she had been planning to call me because their Google scheduler does not sync up with their system so the appointment I booked was not available. Ok, well, why have that option or feature available? Just remove it from Google. This was no big deal. I am sharing it so you don't even bother wasting your time with online scheduling.

Here's where the real problem came in...

I reset my appointment with the woman who answered the phone. She booked me for an appointment (which was supposed to be today), specifically asking if I preferred morning or afternoon. I checked my work calendar and asked for a morning time frame. Today, about midway through the block of time that the tech is supposed to arrive, I decided to check in just to be sure everything was on track. The woman who answered the phone was curt after I said I was checking in. She went to check with the dispatcher and told me they don't offer timeframes, the tech has two more service calls before me, she has no idea when he will be done and it won't be in the morning. She then asks me if I want to rebook. For what? To waste another day and a half of work (I would have left for Chicago this morning if I wasn't waiting for them)? No thanks. Buyer beware!

The business is denying setting the time-frame but I assure you that's how it went. I would never agree to stay off an entire day of work to have some lights installed.
