Harold performed an inspection of my heating and AC systems as required by my city’s Certificate of Occupancy process. He was very professional, supplied the report I needed, and the online invoice and payment system was very convenient. I gave 4 rather than 5 stars only because he was quite late to the agreed-on time. Nevertheless, I would recommend him and his company.
Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! All Services Home Repair are professionals. Harold installed a new Air Conditioner and furnace. He and his partner worked into the night until it was finished. Not only are they experts at HVAC. They are innovative when met with an obstacle. Harold called the next morning to make sure all was running as it should be . All Service are Professional, considerate, polite, and very neat workers. I will definitely recommend Harold/ All Service Home Repair to anyone I know in need of HVAC.

All Services Home Repair, llc installed 2 complete furnace units with the air dusts, with a very quick turnaround time. The crew was very professional. Mr Harold made it very easy to work with them. Looking forward to doing continuous business with his company in the future.
Our A/C went out on a very hot Sat. First contractor we called stood us up. 2nd thru 5th didn't answer but called back 1 to 2 days later. Harold answered and even though it was late in the day, he agreed to come and check things out. They were professional and polite and had our unit's freon leak repaired and filled in a short time. I was very thankful. I believe the price was reasonable for a Sat call. Also, Harold called us on Mon to find out how the A/C unit was working. Never had that happen before!
They came right away to fix my furnace. Harold was quick to find the problem and gave me some advice. He said he'd call back and check on me. And sent my bill to email so I could pay online. I was very satisfied.
We called the only open contractor who could come help us when our heat went out, on a weekend, right before temperatures dropped. (Contractor: All Services Home Repair) Everything after that was incredibly unprofessional. We felt we had to go with them or be cold, and I believe they used that. They removed parts and indicated they would go get new ones. They took a week and a half to come back, only ever really giving us information if we called. When it was time for payment and everything was done, we realized we had been scammed, and probably paid excessively for a used part. After everything was done, the technician started sending religious text messages to us.
Here's what else happened:
The contractor said he only used new Carrier parts that had a warranty but that we couldn't have a copy. We refused to sign the final work order, so he called the vendor. The vendor said they would get a copy of the one year warranty to us and would call back. They didn't call back. (Carrier Great Lakes)
We followed up and were told we weren't called back because they didn't have anything to give us. We were told that if something failed, we could not use a manufacturers warranty with another Carrier technician - we had to use the same contractor. If the contractor went out of business the warranty would be voided and we would just have to pay for a new part even if it was a manufacturers defect within the first year. Clearly a huge scam. We were also informed that we had been overcharged.
I hope no one else gets scammed and I plan on addressing this with Carrier Corporate.
This company answered the phone at 7 AM and was able to get to meet my need for a furnace installation “same day”. This company was professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a new furnace installed.
